The Beach Lodge är perfekt för stora familjer. Det är en rymlig två våningar stuga som är inrett som ett paradis för sjömän. När du går utanför din dörr hittar du din egen uteplats för att njuta av mat eller cocktails. Bara en kort promenad tar dig förbi vårt poolområde och genom det frodiga landskapet som leder direkt till Mexikanska golfen! För dem som bor i Beach Lodge finns det en reserverad havsfront paviljong som har tillräckligt med plats för sex. En perfekt plats att njuta av mat, cocktails, hänga under ljuset på natten eller bara ta in den vackra Mexikanska viken och solnedgångar! Fastigheten har också en uppvärmd / kyld pool med avkopplande vattenfall, vacker paverväg som leder till det privata strandområdet och ett extra grillområde för totalt två grillstationer.

Bottenvåningen på Beach Lodge har ett komplett kök med matsal och vardagsrum. Den andra nivån på stugan har tre sovrum och två fulla bad, det huvudsakliga badet har dusch / badkar combo med havsutsikt genom fönstret och det andra badrummet har en stor dusch och ligger i sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med havsutsikt genom fönstret och det tredje sovrummet har två queen size-sängar samt två enkelsängar och är tillgänglig genom drottning sovrummet. En annan förmån att stanna på Beach Lodge har en uteplats med paraply direkt till vänster om stugan entrén.

För ännu större familjer har vi en studio enhet, Key West som kan nås från Beach Lodge kök och vardagsrum. Den har en queen size-säng, full storlek futon, matsal, fullt utrustat kök och 1 badrum. Det har också en uteplats som ligger precis utanför ingången. Denna studio rymmer upp till fyra gäster. Vänligen kontakta oss för erbjudanden om att hyra både eller besök listan för Beach Lodge + Studio på The Arbors notering. Detta skulle då sova upp till totalt 12 med tre fulla bad! Perfekt för stora eller flera familjer.

Great place, amazing location! We rented the largest of the houses with 3/3 and we all slept very comfortably. The kids love having the pool and beach in the backyard. The company is very easy to work with as well!

The beach access was the best. We really enjoyed gathering by the cabana. The accommodation was perfect for 6 adults too. We enjoyed exploring the area restaurants by foot with some delicious options right across the street.

We loved how close to the beach we were, just a short 1 minute walk and we were at the ocean. Couldn’t see the ocean from our cottage but it was still nice. We liked having a pavilion to ourselves! The pool was clean and loved by all. Having to get to a room with the bunk beds by going through another room, we did not expect, but we made it work. Overall a great experience! Clean and great communication with the host!

Incredible and simple beach property. Clean and uncluttered. Had the front house of property. Perfect size for our family vacation. Kids want to come back. Great location. Food, beach shops, and CVS all in walking distance. Very short walking distance. Grocery stores within 8 minute drive or less. Can't wait to come back! Beach is the back yard!

Excellent Location

Great beach cottage with perfect location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, convenience store, etc. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The beach is steps away from the front door of the cottage and is wonderful - far quieter than staying up the road at Clearwater Beach and the price can’t be beat. Would absolutely rebook this property in the future.

Indian Rocks trip

The place was great. Just like the pictures. Unfortunately we did not have good weather so we had to spend more time inside than we wanted. The pool could have been a little warmer just because of how cold it was outside. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two kids. The kids loved the bunk beds.

2021 Vacation

We checked in on Friday Sept. 17, 2021. There was a large party there staying in the cottages. We were not able to get in the pool or use the Pavilion until Sunday afternoon. There were cars every where and 20 people in the spa. Someone scratched the side of my son's SUV. We were able to get a picture from the outside camera. After that every thing went well. Very quite and able to spend time outside and in the spa. Met some very nice tenants staying there. I would book the lodge again as it was very pet friendly and quite. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Thank you

Great visit!

We recently coordinated a weeklong stay for our family of five, plus both sets of our parents and had an excellent stay! We each had our own cottage and spent time together in the outdoor pavilion (which was available to us because we rented the Beach Lodge cabin), heated pool, and beautiful beach. The Arbors are walking distance to restaurants, shops, and CVS. Our cottage had recently been updated and was very clean. The check-in/check-out process was super easy and the property manager, Nick, was great to work with. The beach was quiet and great for walking and running. We will definitely stay at the Arbors again!

Location was great.

Overall the stay was great. Although furniture, bedrooms and bathrooms were outdated. Bathrooms were too small. It was too hot. It felt like the heater was on inside the bathroom. I feel like there could’ve been a good paint job done to the place. The mirror to one of the bathrooms where you put stuff, didn’t close properly. I would’ve like both bathrooms to be inside the bedrooms. I loved the kids bedrooms with the bunk beds but didn’t like it was connected with the master bedroom. And that my kids had to pass by my bedroom to go to the bathroom. Living room was too small. For some reason when I saw the pics I didn’t realize these things. I felt the pics gave me the impression that the condo was bigger. Other than this I loved the walking distance to the beach, I loved the grills, I loved the pool, the beach was awesome. Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed it very much.

False advertising

It is falsely advertised about the oceans views. It is a parking lot view with a minimal glimpse of the ocean. The carpet is beyond cleaning. Try walking on it barefoot it is disgusting. The bedroom that you need to walk through in the description should say is only accessible from the king bedroom with minimal access to walk through so people know that to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to walk through someone else’s bedroom and barely have room to do it without bumping their bed. The outside eating area by the door not as advertised it was in a parking lot. The grills are rusty and all the grilling utensils rusty. The air conditioning system vents are filthy with dust and mold which is unhealthy it needs to be cleaned as well as the ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The shower tiles were slimy and moldy in the main bathroom. These are not expensive fixes but go along way for people traveling from a distance and just want a clean place to hang their hat. But the property manager Nick was awesome. The king bedroom mattress was like a marshmallow but he got a new one immediately. He answers the phone when you call or text. Nick was the best part of the experience.

Beach Lodge

The property was in a great location. The house is older but very clean and has all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. We’d definitely stay there again. Thank you!
