Förbered dig på en underbar tid när du bor på det minnesvärda "1891 Grape Arbor House" i Fredericksburg. Denna semester hyra stuga för 6 har plats för 4 extra gäster med extra personavgifter på $ 50, byggdes cirka 1891 och var en av de första bostäderna i området. Det är helt renoverat och är inrett med viktoriansk stilering. Det finns 5 sovrum, 2 badrum och en stor gård med en historisk druvträd. Njut av korta promenader till Main Street där du kan smaka på gott lokalt vin.

"1891 Grape Arbor House" med sin inbjudande karaktär är säker på att charma dig och alla dina resekamrater. Framsidan vardagsrummet är komplett med vackra inredning och är det perfekta stället att varva ner efter en lång dag.

I det välutrustade köket hittar du allt du behöver för att förbereda en utsökt måltid. De röda och vita rutiga golv gör att du ler varje gång du ser dem! Njut av dina måltider på det formella matbordet under en smakfull ljuskrona eller i den mer avslappnade matsalen med vägg-till-vägg fönster.

Solrummet är det bästa stället att samla med dina nära och kära. Det rymliga rummet har en stor plattskärms-kabel-TV, gott om sittplatser och en fristående gasspis för att hålla dig varm på svala nätter!

Det råder ingen tvekan om att du kommer att spendera en anständig tid i den stora bakgården under den historiska druvträd som huset heter. Fantastic stay!

The house is wonderful and full of "take you back in time" antiquities. Roomie, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and use again with a big group because of price.

Fun house, plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our guests. The location was perfect for heading to Main Street, the museum and the wineries. We were able to relax and enjoy time at the house, where it was quiet.

Charming and convenient

Cute Victorian with German influences, well supplied in kitchen. Plenty of space to visit and close to Main Street, but quiet and private. Great support from management team. Comfy beds...great getaway spot

Grape Arbor

Our group of moms came to stay. We loved the house. It was close walking distance to the town. The living room furniture was comfy to sit on and talk. The porch was awesome. We spent a lot of time out there just chatting. I'd stay here again! Thanks for making it really comfortable and homey.

Perfect Xmastime Getaway

A wonderful old house in the perfect location. We had a small mix of friends and family, adults and kids, and loved shopping and dining our way through downtown Fredericksburg just before Xmas. The park with all its lights is just a block away. Downtown shops and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk. Wonderful and comfortable house. We will be back!

Family fun!

This house worked pretty perfectly for a large multi-generational family visit. The 5 bedrooms gave everyone private sleeping space but there were plenty of common space to share and visit in. From breakfast and coffee around the dining table, to wine and cards under the Arbor, to chatting in the living room, the house was a perfect base for spending time in as well as making it easy to walk to shops/restaurants and only a short drive out to wineries/distilleries and other sites!

Last minute cancellation-Plumbing issue

I was really looking forward to staying here for my mom’s 70th birthday and had family from all over coming to visit, so it was very disappointing to get a voice mail stating that my reservation was cancelled due to a plumbing issue. I had to scramble to find another house with 4 bedrooms which isn’t easy. Then I wasn’t initially refunded the full amount and had to call and request a full refund. I called Vrbo and explained that I wasn’t the one who cancelled, so I got my money hack. It was just a hassle, and It was disappointing. .

Lifelike Doll House

Precious house that slept 9 of us very comfortably. The house is old but has been taken great care of. It is decorated so cute. You feel like you are in a doll house. Bobbi was great and was very quick to respond if we texted her. The location is great too! We will be back. Thank you!

Fantastic property! Tons of space, so close to main street, and just adorable. Was not told we could not use the driveway until the day before my stay. When i received pre-check in email with contact info i reached out but got no response. Had to call the company to get access info because none ever came. Definitely worth staying here though.

Disappointing bathroom conditions

I booked this place for my bachelorette trip and was excited for a cute historic house. There were 8 of us and were extremely disappointed that one shower was not in a good condition. It was leaking, there was mold, and the bath wash in the bathroom came out in clumps and was gross. I contacted the guest contact and she just said it was on their maintenance schedule. We should have been told that beforehand if so. The picture of the bathroom on the property listing is not accurate and the shower rod was even broken and manually taped back together. Description was misleading with regard to the condition of the house, specifically the one bathroom. The house is very quaint and has a good location near downtown. It had plenty of space to sleep and has that old time charm to it. But for a large group and with this Texas heat, you need two good working showers at a minimum. One bathroom not being usable was a major inconvenience and defeated the purpose of renting a house for our group. We lost valuable time, adjusting with the one usable bathroom. We are disappointed and I hope the owner/manager will compensate us for the misleading representation.

August Trip

The house was large with 5 bedrooms and accommodated our large group, however we were very disappointed in the house. Upon arriving, a plumber was working trying to get the water running. He was able to get us water on but this should have been done before our arrival. The house was not clean. There were cobwebs in several of the rooms and the large living area had dead bugs on the end tables and on the floor. We found multiple bugs crawling on the blinds and some on the floor. The smoke detectors were not working in all the rooms. This is a code violation. There were multiple light bulbs burned out. We had trouble getting the TVs to work. I called and someone did come out and get a couple of them to come on. However, the cables were not working on the TVs upstairs and the representative told me that was out of her control to get that fixed. The coffee pot did not work and was extremely dirty. There was a Keurig that we were able to use. The outside tables were very dirty and we had to clean them off before we could sit out side. I understand that this is a historical home and very old but it should be cleaned and everything should be working.
