Ny 2014 Montreal West Island charmigt hus i hjärtat av naturen erbjuder gäst en unik lugn och bekväm plats att bo. Platsen är fullt utrustad med kvalitetsapparater i ett öppet konceptkök. Det kan rymma upp till 10 vuxna och 2 barn. Huset har ett höghastighetsinternet WiFi-nätverk, smart TV med Netflix och andra program tillgängliga och telefon med obegränsad Kanada och USA samtal tillhandahålls. Upp till 4 bilar kan parkeras i husets uppfart.

Place har ett rymligt vardagsrum och ett kök med kvalitetsapparater och en generös ö. Matbordet är utdragbart och rymmer 8-10 personer. Ett pulverrum kan också nås på samma nivå. Det finns 3 slutna privata sovrum på andra våningen i huset och ett stort badrum med 2 handfat.
Källaren har en queen size-säng och en bäddsoffa, en underbar trä färdig bar, ett andra badrum och kvalitet tvättmaskin och torktumlare maskiner. Från matsalen finns tillgång till uteplats, terrass och privat inhägnad bakgård.

Huset ligger intill "Bois-de-l'Île-Bizard Nature Park", ett ställe som kommer att ge flera val av naturaktiviteter på grund av det varierande utbudet av ekosystem närvarande.
På ön finns 3 golfbanor: "Royal Montreal Golf Club", "Golf Saint-Raphael" och "Elm Ridge Country Club".
Royal Montreal Golf Club är den äldsta golfklubben i Nordamerika, och den äldsta i kontinuerlig existens. Det grundades i Montreal 1873 och tillstånd beviljades av drottning Victoria att använda prefixet "Royal" 1884.

På sommaren kan den lokala stranden Ile Bizard, den vackra stranden och ett picknickområde nås inom 5 minuters bilresa.

Great Place has everything you need!

Great place clean, beds were great, has everything you need. Great hosts.. very helpful. This place was great for us who had local events but its a good 45min to downtown.. 25km but traffic wow!

Summer Vacation in Montreal

My family and I stayed at Cozy House in Montreal West on L’Ile-Bizard during our family trip to Montreal this Summer. The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate our family which was a group of 7 adults. My family had plenty of spaces to spread out. When we wanted to be together we would gather in the large living room or kitchen/dining area, and for alone time we had separate bedrooms upstairs and in the nicely finished basement. The house had Central Air, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal on days that we chose not to eat out. Cozy House was like home away from home for us. The neighborhood is nice, clean, friendly, and quiet. It’s a great area to stay for relaxation, and going to all the attractions in the city of Montreal was just a quick drive away (less than an hour). We love Cozy House so much that we plan to come back during our next visit to Montreal. Thank you for allowing us to have such a wonderful place to stay during our family vacation.

Canada Day Retreat

Great stay on L'Île-Bizard

We had a great time staying at the property during a snow storm around Christmas. House was nice and warm when we arrived, clean, all amenities, spacious for the four of us. No issues whatsoever, we greatly enjoy our stay and would warmly recommend the house. Communication with the owners was exemplary, looking forward to return when in the area again. Thank you.

Clean and roomy

When we entered the home the first thing you notice the home is very clean. Use of the washer and dryer was easy. Plenty of dish ware was good. Bed rooms are are a good size. Over all visit was excelent

Nice duplex.

Nice place but in need of top sheets instead of cover for the duvet cover. It also would have been nice to have some Kleenex around. The binder with instructions were lacking information, especially on checkout and local information.

First trip to Montreal-F1 Canadian Grand Prix

Our original plan was to spend most of our vacation in Montreal for the F1 Race and festivities, but the house was so comfortable and the neighborhood so pleasant that we ended up spending more time there than expected. Its convenient location made it easy to access grocery stores, takeout options, and enjoy evening walks in the nearby park. We also took a day trip to Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue to explore more of the local area, including great restaurants and charming shops. The house was absolutely perfect for our stay and Maria the host was so helpful with suggestions on making our trip all that we had hoped for. Would definitely love to come back.

Montreal visit

We had a lovely experience staying at this property. It was spacious, well laid out and very clean. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions almost immediately. Kitchen had everything needed if preparing meals. Our only dislikes were the living room sofa's, not having toilet paper holders in the bathrooms, and for some reason the beds did not have any flat sheets on the mattresses. We slept with just the comforter directly touching our bodies. They were clean, but still unusual that the sheets were missing. The sofa sectional is very low to the ground, very stiff and uncomfortable to sit on. One section had a big sag in it and was covered up by placing sofa pillows over the spot to hide the damage. These could stand to be replaced with newer and much more comfortable furniture. We did not spend much time sitting around the house, so we only had to sit briefly on these in the mornings and nights. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would rate our stay as at 4.
