En härligt charmig och enkel strand stuga ligger högt på Mitchell Parade med utsikt över Mollymook Beach med expansiv havsutsikt.

Det är en 3 minuters promenad till stranden. Du är inom bekvämt gångavstånd till de lokala butikerna och kaféerna på Tallwood Ave. Du behöver inte köra någonstans eftersom allt är till hands!

Det finns lokala IGA-snabbköp, bakare, slaktare, kemist, gourmet deli och kaféer. I andra riktningen är det en kort promenad till Bannisters Resort med Rick Steins restaurang och poolbaren. Det är en 5 minuters bilresa till den historiska byn Milton och omger.

Det finns så mycket att se och göra i närheten och i omgivande områden. Några idéer är:
- simma på de många stränderna i närheten
- Ta surflektioner på Mollymook Beach
- spela en golfrunda
- Ta in en film
- Njut av solnedgången med utsikt över havet

Om du gillar att göra något lite mer aktivt och gå på promenader, finns det flera korta och längre promenader som:
- promenad längd Mollymook Beach
- promenad till Narrawallee Beach och Inlet
- utforska huvudland och bergarter
- närliggande Bannister Headland regnskog promenad

Great location

The property is in an excellent location and the views are fantastic and the street quiet. A very easy place to relax and use as a base to explore. My only suggestion would be to change the lounge furniture so you can lounge about comfortably.

It was definitely an original 1960s beach house!

It absolutely had charm but the second bedroom only has single beds, which are very uncomfortable for adults. None of the furniture was comfortable for sitting for very long - it needs a comfortable lounge - the sixties style looks authentic, but it's very uncomfortable. The location was lovely but I did feel that it was a little overpriced for the comfort.

Simply gorgeous!

We loved every moment of our stay at South 32. The home is very comfortable with all mod cons and lovely colours and touches, but retaining its quaint 60s beach house character. It is hard to pull yourself away from the magnificent ocean view, especially if you are curled up on the comfy day bed! We loved seeing the lorikeets and kookaburras that dropped by every now and then. The location is private and quiet, with the beach, shops and great restaurants just a short walk away. We can't wait to come back!

Charming cottage with Post card view

What a total gem! Walk in to massive ocean views, sit and relax listening to the sea. Rosellas and kookaburras visited us. Star gazing at night on the deck. Short stroll for a swim before breakfast. Had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Felt like home on holidays. Hope to be back

Peaceful getaway on the south coast

We loved stayed in Helen’s beach house. The property is a short walk from the beach and has gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean. Ideal break

Helen our host was available and welcoming on line, and even invited us to arrive early - which was a bonus. The house is well sited - great sweeping views along the beach and the lighthouse. The house was immaculately clean, neat, beds beautifully made up. We made use of the boogie board and beach chairs - didn't bother us what the weather was like, it was all 10/10 for a week long break at an otherwise crazy time of year.

Perfect stay!

This house was beyond stunning and in a fantastic location in Mollymook. We enjoyed the beach everyday with it being just a short walk down a private road. It was super easy to get around and close to restaurants and shops. Helen made the whole experience really easy, from start to finish. Highly recommend this place!

We were so delighted when we arrived to this very cosy little retro home, The views are magnificent, it’s so homely.. we played puzzles & drank tea. Did yoga and relaxed, went for walks & a drink at bannisters pool bar which is in the same streeet much to our delight ! Highly recommended. thanks so much !!

Our extended family have enjoyed spending time in Mollymook for many years. It has always been our 'go to' place for holidays and long weekends.

We particularly love the long days at the beach and all the summer activities and buzz. The winter months are perfect for long beach walks, watching the southerlies roll in, playing cards and enjoying a glass of red wine.

This beach cottage is one of the few original beach cottages available to rent on the south coast. It offers simplicity, loads of charm and an ideal location with breath-taking views.

The property has been held by the same family for many decades with special family times enjoyed and happy memories made.
