This was a great location for our stay overall. It was very: spacious (especially for a large family looking to practice some social distancing); very accommodating with comfortable furniture in the bedrooms, patios, and as well as the dining and living room areas (be weary of pointed, glass top, table corners for the "little adults" who'll be crawling, walking, standing, and/or running throughout the home) and there was good a supply of some basic amenities such as cooking utensils (although the cook wear should be updated-the only frying pan provided was rusty), bath and bed linens, and great appliances with no issues (other than with the WI-FI service from time to time, yet having the ability to watch streaming apps like Amazon Prime, NetFlix's, and Pluto TV was a big plus); it was clean (a few comments though: the owner/s may want to consider switching to handheld shower heads so that the housekeepers may be able to clean the tub & tub walls a little better-it was not a pleasant feeling to see the previous vacationers' body hair still stuck to the tub and walls. Also, the outside trash should be arranged to be picked up at least between each stay. It was over flowing when we got there and so much so when we left. We were told it would be collected on Wednesdays, however, we had arrived there on Sunday and staying until Wednesday, so having to pass by the foul odor of an overflow of trash at the front entryway was not great experience); and it was very functional (having a bathroom in each bedroom was a definitive plus for our stay) and everyone was able to enjoy the layout and the space of the home; having the ability to use the indoor and outdoor pools were great (my grandson Andrew would definitely agree with that statement). We didn't get the opportunity to use the other facilities, but I'm sure they would have been as enjoyable. During our stay the property manager would respond to my texts immediately. However, they have failed to return an important voice message that I had left them, whereas soon after checking out-my daughter realized that she had left something behind (it was a little after official check out time by now), so we called the property manager with hopes of having the item located and shipped back to us (which we stated that we would pay for). I was told that the property manager for the location was not available on Wednesdays, but I would think that there would be someone available to handle issues after checkout.
