Close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach for some great shelling. Sanibel Holiday was great to work with, and the condo was in amazing condition. A new dish washer was installed the day before we left. Sanibel Holiday took care of the entire process. Otherwise, the property parking, pool and beach were excellent.

The swimming pool is right outside the lanai door and the other renters are friendly. The beach is filled with a variety of shells and the gulf water was more clear than we have seen in recent years. The pool was a good size and never too busy. The bedrooms and furniture were nice and the condo was a good size for 4 people but might be a bit tight with 6. We could easily walk to the ocean and having beach chairs and toys made it easy.

When you’re looking for something close to the beach, one of the shortest walks to the surf line; or a low traffic area, no problem getting in or out, this unit is one of the best locations we’ve found. The owner, leasing company, and leasing agent Matt were a pleasure to deal with. 3A is next to the pool, just outside the back door. We will definitely give this unit first consideration for next year’s vacation.
