Waterhouse är ett elegant inramat barnhus som passar perfekt in i omgivningen. Det lyxiga, ljusa levande området med utsikt över en lugn vattenlilja och koi dam gör det till en perfekt avkopplande plats. Wrapping två sidor av huset är en solskyddad däck och ligger mot dammen & gömd under däck är ett lyxigt spa. Vilket bra sätt att suga bort dina problem.

Huset sover 4 bekvämt, med en king size-säng i sovrummet, en queen size-säng i mezzanine sovrummet. Två enkelsängar lämpliga för barnen ligger utanför drottning sovrummet.

Det är en snabb 500m promenad till Wentworth Falls byn, med coola kaféer, affärer och den lokala puben. Längre bort är de många utsikt och vandringsleder som gör Blue Mountains så speciella.

Beautiful Stay

The place was lovely and relaxing. Definitely will stay again. Loved the heated floors & spa. The place was very clean and an instruction book is provided for all your needs which was amazing.

Wentworth Falls

Wow! Dan’s home is stunning and we felt very lucky to have found it. Perfect location, blissful environment. Sitting by pond was like being in a Monet painting. We loved everything about it including the care Dan had put in to making us feel comfortable and catered for. Thanks!

Gorgeous!

This place has so much soul and character! The garden is wild and beautiful, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. It's a lovely home filled with personal touches. We stayed in Spring and could hear cicadas and frogs at night which was really nice. It was cool during the day and warm at night. The spa is a divine treat! We really enjoyed our stay.

Paradise in the mountains

This property is the perfect retreat! Always immaculately clean, well presented, & so comfortable in the cold weather. Dan is always a wonderful host, & has made changes to the property, which make it even more appealing. He is always happy to make your stay as nice as possible. Our favourite place!

A slice of heaven!

This accomodation was honestly one of the best we have ever stayed in! The photos do not do it justice - it is even more incredible in real life. The garden was in full bloom and the pond with water lilies made relaxing in the outdoor spa so peaceful. The whole property and the amenities are so well thought out. Loved the heated floors! Dan was lovely to deal with. You will not regret booking this place!

Blue Mountain Weekend Away

Amazing property - even better than the pictures it was truly fantastic, location was great to see all the tourist attractions as well as a massive range of walks. It was close to everything you could need. Place was so clean - probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed in, all the cutlery was spotless and you could tell the place had been properly cleaned rather than just a quick run over. Dan gave us loads of info in a message prior to arrival and the instruction manual left was even better. He had thought of everything - down to a speaker in the livingroom (we always bring our own) and the spa pool was even better than we could have imagined, we were shocked at how hot it actually got. After a long hike it’s exactly what you need. Could not fault a thing - if you’re considering staying I would highly highly recommend and will definitely be returning when I can!

Blue Mountain Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Made our trip to the Blue Mountains memorable. The home was beautiful, and had everything you needed. The spa was the best. Dan was very responsive. TV has Netflix and Stan. Highly recommend you stay here when visiting Blue Mountains!

Just what everyone needs….

We had the most amazing weekend at this lake house. Everything was so easy and enjoyable. Dan was detailed in his communication re check in and the property. The property itself was very clean, comfy beds and all the details just added to our stay. Nothing better than sitting in the spa looking up at the stars at night

Beautiful stay in Wentworth Falls

Me and my partner stayed at Dan’s Place for 2 Nights and it was amazing! The check-in was very easy and even if you don’t have a car you can walk from the train station which takes 10-13 mins. We loved using the spa pool!

Cozy getaway

Beautiful house with lovely garden, pond and spa. Lots of great ammenities, very cozy and clean. To be noted, beds are very firm and there are two residential properties right beside with views into the garden/spa - not as secluded as we were expecting but still had a lovely time.

Beautiful Place

We loved every minute here. The house is in a magical setting, best enjoyed from the outdoor spa! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed, as well as much appreciated extras including the coffee machine and electric blankets on the beds. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the lake and village for good coffee and great food. Dan is an excellent host, generous and responsive. We would love to return.

Absolutely everything you could possibly want in a property for an escape from the everyday. Luxurious and well appointed and just a stones throw from restaurants and attractions… if you can bring yourself to leave.

Peaceful and relaxing

The property was perfect. Dan communicated the information well and suggested things to do while we were there. The place was clean and the instruction booklet explained everything you needed to know about the property which was so handy. The parking was a little tight as we had a large car but we still fitted fine we are from a rural area so use to larger spaces, so if your from a city probably wouldn't even notice it. Overly it was a great place to getaway

I love good design. From cool architecture to mid century sculpture, I find it inspiring and exciting. When I travel I'll generally go to see creative and edgy buildings, whether they are residential or commercial. Recent trips have been to Japan, Cuba and the States.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I moved to the Blue Mountains in 2010 because I was looking for a cooler option to Sydney. I fell in love with the genuine sense of community the smaller villages offer, and being a landscaper I really enjoyed the seasonality of the spring flowers and autumnal foliage. The Waterhouse is a very special place, and I really hope you love and appreciate the beauty of the house and gardens too.
