Mysig upp till den knäckande eldgropen som ligger i den drömliknande hemliga trädgården. Trädgården är helt säkrad med ett skyddsskydd, så du kan känna dig säker så att barnen och crittersna kan vandra gratis. Detta utrymme är helt perfekt för att skapa minnen med nära och kära. Snooze inte på snagging denna idealiska tillflyktsort för din Denver semester.
Utrymmet:
Detta charmiga hem är undanstoppad bakom en vacker yttergård, privat uteplats och privatlivsstängsel. Stora nyanser, vackra trädgårdar och gott om sol! Har en öppen planlösning med ett stort sovrum med kontor och en stor klädkammare samt välvda tak. På framsidan av hemmet hittar gästerna främre foajén, den och matsalen. Det andra sovrummet ligger runt hörnet från matsalen. Sovrummet har en drottning säng och har stor garderob. Mellan de två sovrummen finns tvättstuga med en ny tvättmaskin och en torktumlare. Köket ligger bredvid matsalen och är utrustad med allt man behöver för att göra en hemlagad måltid. Matsalen har ett stort bord som passar perfekt för familje- och vänmiddagar. Sist men inte minst är familjerummet rymligt och innehåller en utdragbar soffa, medan vi levererar gott om bekväma kuddar och filtar.

Grannskapet:
Kan inte slå den här platsen som vi ligger precis nerför gatan från Sloan's Lake och stunder från centrum. Mindre än 5 minuters bilresa till hjärtat av staden och inbäddat mellan alla upp och kommande områden i Highlands och Tennyson. Bekvämt beläget precis utanför I70-korridoren och du är på väg till Colorado's breathtaking Rocky Mountains.
Att komma runt:
Promenera till Sloan's Lake och Highlands. 3 miles till centrala Denver & Tennyson St butiker ligger också i närheten. Området är fullt av restauranger, brygga pubar, kaféer och boutique shopping. Protokoll till livsmedelsbutik, bibliotek och kollektivtrafik. För dem som inte har egen bil rekommenderar jag att du använder Lyft eller Uber. Det finns också några community-delprogram för bilar, som Turo och Car2Go.

Nice spot in a good neighborhood.

Stayed here for a few weeks for work and the place had everything I needed. Nice quiet neighborhood and the host was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot for weekend getaway

This comfy quiet place was just right. We were in Denver for a Rockies game. The light rail station was easy to get to. Convenient to stores and a great breakfast place. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect ground zero

We came for the Madonna concert but this place was perfect to explore the entire area. Only about 10 min from downtown, 18 min. to Red Rocks, Sloane lake down the street. Place was clean, had all we needed from TV, heating, kitchen. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfy. Recommendations are little man ice cream, Edgewater food hall and Sloane lake. Would stay here again for sure.

Really Nice Place, Centrally Located

It was a little confusing getting there at night but overall the entire place was really nice. I was surprised the kitchen was stocked with spices and such. Make sure to bring extension cords for any devices. It's a nice little place but easy to get to everywhere and quiet.

Convenient and safe location

Very clean and newly updated cottage in a convenient west side location. Very near beautiful Sloan Lake, for dog walkers and joggers! Best feature is lovely enclosed patio with glorious trees, perfect for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Decor was typical grey contemporary style. All in all, a decent place. Bed had great mattress but squeaky and cheap platform. House in general was not well equipped with a minimum of dishes and glassware and none of the sundry items you expect (scissors, pens and pencils, cork screw, matches). Outdoor lighting in the garden bower would have been much appreciated.

Thanksgiving Visit

The location was good - close to Sloan Lake neighborhood. The online photos did not reflect the wear and tear of the house. The kitchen was really beat up. Old stove, missing pulls on old cabinets. Not enough place settings, glasses, bowl, etc for four people to sit down and have a meal. Three coffee makers - which was odd. The beds were comfortable. The biggest issue was the HVac system which was incredibly loud and switched on and off every 20 minutes all through the night disrupting sleep all night throughout our stay. Comfortable living room couch but something was wrong with the TV and the sound and snapped and crackled. With some minor investment in the kitchen this could be a decent place, but as is, it was a relief to check out.

Nice location, needs some attention

Good: location is great, quiet neighborhood, nice home. Easy to access and the house had a nice list of “Things to do” for out of towners. Bad: the owner needs to go through and give this property some attention. There are very few plates and only one bowl in the kitchen. Many of the lamps either don’t work or are super finicky. The frame for the master bed is bent so significantly that the right side of the bed has a huge dip to it. The dishwasher doesn’t work on a regular setting, one of the stovetop burners doesn’t work. The place was dusty and not well cleaned and when we arrived (12/9) the heat was off and the house was at 46 degrees. This place should be better than this.

Worked Out Great for Us

The first impression of this place is not good. There is a piece of a suburban parked out front and the unkempt yard are off-putting, BUT, upon further exploration, we found that the house worked for us just great. The neighborhood is under transition which means there are old, sad properties among some amazing new homes. This little cottage has been redone completely on the inside and looks and works great. The outdoor space was secluded and comfortable and we spent most of our daytimes out there. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and the living and sleeping areas were just fine. I really think that removal of the old car and some neatening of the foliage would help a lot. You only get one chance at a first impression so make it a good one. Thanks for your hospitality!

The parking and location was comfortable and convenient. The pans offered are not worth .50 cents at the flea market. The lighting in the kitchen is practically nonexistent if you want to cook. 7 night stay and there was one roll of paper towels. Supposed to sleep up to seven but provides a 2 cup $10 coffee brewer a closet full of old sheets but no blankets, I went and bought my own skillets and coffee pot - old Teflon is carcinogenic. The portable and window air conditioners need sanitizing for mold. I am mold compromised and suffered. The management company was good and friendly but it is clear no-one has ever thought about what it would be like to live there for a week. No laundry soap, Kleenex, or kitchen cabinet knobs. Felt unsanitary. Location super convenient for my needs. Things can be fixed and it would be great.

Very misleading listing

This place is so rundown and dirty that I can’t believe they listed it and have positive reviews. After driving 10 hours, we were met with a very shady, rundown exterior with tree limbs, leaves, and broken gates. The inside of the home was COVERED in dog or cat hair, and we had to find a vacuum and give it a pass before sitting anywhere. The shower is a mold nightmare and has water damage showing that there’s not a proper water barrier under the tile or tub. My son was afraid to sleep in his bed because there was dirt and animal hair, so we washed before unpacking. Miserable experience when expecting a relatively “comfortable” experience. Oh, and the electrical outlets are dodgy and WiFi is incredibly slow. Do not stay here unless you’re just looking for a motel-type experience.

Convenient and cute

This property is only 4-5 blocks from Sloanes Lake. The neighborhood offers restaurants, grocery stores, a Target even a dog park on Sheridan and 70. The lake offers pickniking, scenic neighborhoods and a great view of the Eastern slope and foothills; very convenient. Across from the Lake are great restaurants.

Grimy stay in Denver

On arrival there was a very strong headache inducing lysol spray scent. We found a half chewed bone under the couch and a dirty sock under the coffee table in the living room. There was also a nail coming out of the flooring that we had to remove for safety from our dogs. In the yard, there was old dog poop in the sitting area, and the other open grass area was overgrown (gardeners did show up unannounced the next day to mow the grass and pick weeds so that helped). On the day of check out, I took the sheets off the primary bed to start laundry and found the mattress with blood stains at the head of the bed and large yellow stains all over the rest of it. It was truly a dirty house that needs updates and a serious deep clean and new mattress. I would not recommend this rental to anyone. Luckily I was not in the home often during my stay, only to sleep. I contacted the rental company on arrival and notified them of the sock and dog bone, and called them today after finding the state of the mattress. They are supposed to call me back, but I am still waiting to hear from them.

Run away! Property is falsely advertised and management company is unresponsive.

After I booked this stay I had reached out to the management company three times without getting a response. That should’ve been the first red flag to make me run away from this property. The property advertises several amenities that are not provided. Photos of this property are also misleading and things have been taken out of the property that are included in the pictures. Bathroom had obvious water damage and black mold. Mattress is full of urine stains. Shower had to be cleaned before we could use it. Cushions outside on the patio sopping wet and full of mold also. There is no provide a TV or cable as advertised and the Wi-Fi provided is not fast enough for you to stream or FaceTime. Property has built up grime on almost all surfaces. Dishwasher and toaster had to be clean before we could use them. Property states that it’s a garden oasis. It’s literally fenced in dirt with missing steppingstones and a smashed and fire pit. The fence still has holes in it as previous review State. Basically anything that is in review that someone complained about previously has not been fixed or addressed.

Extremely overpriced and misrepresented

If you like arriving to an unkept, trashy yard and an interior that matches, this one’s for you. So disappointing to step over trash on the way in. Entry to the house was easy with the lockbox but once you enter, it’s a tear-down property advertised as luxury. Everything about the property was underwhelming. The furniture was very uncomfortable and situated in a way that only one chair faces the TV. Also, there are no extras in this home. Not even a blanket to curl up with. Beds were very hard. Bathroom went all-out with toilet tissue as soft as sandpaper. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers were not in working condition. However, there was a coffee maker and coffee of all sorts, odds ‘n ends, for brewing in the kitchen along with 3 flatware spoons. Everything in this house was furnished by the Dollar Store, or less. I’m guessing that the owners spent all their money on the property management company instead of making it a nice place to stay. I’m sure they meant well, but a huge miss.

Perfect place with a lovely back yard space. Great neighborhood with lots close by. Tye kitchen had everything I needed. Tye bed was super comfy too! Would definitely stay again.

Birthday trip

We had an amazing time the house was wonderful nice and warm. Neighborhood was very quiet was in a good location close to the mountains close to Denver. We would definitely stay again. We only had one thing that wasn't great and that was the queen bed mattress is very hard and uncomfortable our guess was not happy with that he had to sleep on the couch which was as well not that comfortable.
