Little Wren har en säker förvaring för alla dina skidor, rör, snowboards, cyklar, kajaker, kanoter och vandringsredskap. Gården är inhägnad för att ditt fritidshus är husdjursvänligt också! Vi kan acceptera upp till två hundar medan du njuter av din vistelse.
Både sovrummet och loftet har högkvalitativa nya queen size-madrasser så att du kan vila upp efter en stor dag på skidåkning eller snowboard på Monarch.
För kockarna finns det en fyra brännare gasspis, tillsammans med krukor, pannor, kryddor och redskap som behövs för att göra en fyra stjärnor måltid hemma! När du njuter av din gratis flaska vin från Vino Salida finns det också stora glasögon. Din färgglada porslin är kul att använda och njuta av. Om du bara har pizza och vill papper plåta det, det finns massor av det också. Den fulla storleken kyl / frys kommer att hålla rester fräscha för dig också.

My family loved staying at Little Wren. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Plenty of room for our family of four. I loved that it was stocked with plenty of towels, soap, dishes, and coffee! Will stay here again next time I'm in town.

Little Wren for spring break

Little Wren worked really well as a base of operations for our family trip (2 adults, two kids 9 & 13, and a dog) to Salida over spring break. The location was convenient for accessing Monarch, and even getting up Leadville and Ski Cooper wasn’t too bad.

Wonderful

Two of us with our two dogs stayed over a long weekend and had great time. The home is nicely planned and comfortable. Having an area for the dogs was super convenient. The location is in close proximity to downtown Salida, hiking, and biking trails. We really enjoyed ourselves and would be back.

Great little location with generous details

My husband, dog and I decided to spend a week in Colorado to celebrate his birthday and get out of the heat of Arizona. Salida was a pleasant little town to visit with lots to see and do if you enjoy all things outdoors. Little Wren was a great home base with wonderful amenities! The space was very comfortable for being a tiny home. I was actually amazed that it had enough space to host easy 5 adults but was perfect for just us 2. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything well stocked and ready for cooking any meal while there, the bathroom had super soft towels and also big enough for two people to be in at one time. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed with plenty of space for our clothes in the closets. The front porch was nice sized to accommodate our bicycles and to enjoy an evening cocktail while watching the sunset and the local deer meander through the neighborhood. Location wise it was a a mile bicycle ride to downtown and thankfully the town is very bicycle friendly, we felt very safe taking our pup for his daily runs. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The owners were so easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure that the week there was special for our celebration by providing things like a gift card to an amazing yummy restaurant to having Champagne chilled & waiting when we arrived, they even provided a dog bag with goodies for our pup to spoil him as well. Thank you Bill and Toni for sharing your Little Wren!

Family Ski Trip

Our family of 5 fit comfortably in this house. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. We were happy to have the washing machine, dryer, and full kitchen. Town was close and convenient to drive to. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here!

Great place to stay for the New Year

Our family of 4 stayed here over New Years and used this as a base camp for skiing and snowmobiling in the area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making our meals. The loft area was a perfect place for the kiddos to sleep. We were welcomed in person and greeted with a bottle of local vino! Overall good trip!

Lovely Little House in Salida

We spent three nights at this cute little house in Salida and had a wonderful time--all 6 of us. All the beds were comfy. Our kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft space. The fold out couch was comfortable too. When we arrived everything was very clean and nice! We cooked some of our meals at the home and everything turned out great. :) The hosts are very caring and thoughtful.

Little Yellow House

We loved the Little Yellow House! It was neat and tidy. Plenty of supplies such as towels, kitchen items, pillows, etc. The location leaves a bit to be desired. It is in a small trailer park and the house is close to Oak St, which is somewhat busy. Our two dogs were welcomed with treat bags! There is a fenced back yard area. It doesn’t have much grass, but there have been some new plants planted, so maybe it’s a yard in progress. Nice little patio with a grill available. We would stay there again! The owner and concierge were so very nice. The house is adorable!

Cute place!

Overall our stay was great and the property and amenities were as described in the listing. My only caution is the location. I was traveling alone the first night and this home is right in the middle of a mobile home park. I am sure it was safe, but I felt very uncomfortable as a women traveling alone when I pulled up. Other than that I REALLY enjoyed my stay and it was a nice distance to town and like I said - the place itself was wonderful!

Everyone can try out the lifestyle without a long-term commitment. We want to hear how you view your visit to Little Wren! Does it give you the urge to take this consciously edited lifestyle on?
Beautifully planned out, Little Wren has full sized amenities. The bathroom has a full sized tub/shower. You have elbow room in the whole cleanup space! The loft is cozy, convenient and lends a feeling of a tree fort when we were kids. Because of Federal DOT height restrictions, the ceiling isn't high enough for adults to stand straight up there; perfect for kids.
Your kitchen area has a gas stove with four burners and a full sized oven. The fridge/freezer is also full sized and user friendly. Better yet, there's a stacked washer/dryer unit to keep your clothes clean.
This is a tiny house with a thoughtfully planned layout. All the amenities are here; large screen tv, coffee maker, blender, fully stocked kitchen, lovely bluestone patio and propane grill, comfort all around.
Finding a pet friendly property with a fenced yard is tough. Finding a beautifully appointed home with all the amenities of a large property is even tougher. Little Wren does it all!
Wait until you enjoy Little Wren; we believe you're going to love all she brings to your stay in Salida!

We fell in love with Little Wren because we believe life can be lived fully right here within her wings. She has a great front porch with outdoor curtains all around so you have a bit of privacy as you enjoy your friends and celebrate life. The bluestone patio is a great use of space, creating a wonderful sanctuary, naturally shaded for afternoon events. Overall, we appreciate Little Wren's footprint with all her amenities and benefits, yet letting us live lightly in our environment.
