Spacious and relaxing home

We loved our stay at this property. The neighborhood was very quiet and the garden very beautiful to look at while enjoying morning coffee. The spaciousness allowed our family to spread out and relax after our busy days in Tokyo. We highly recommend this home and the kind owners who helped welcome us and navigate us to the property.

Spacious house in a great location

Close to a station and many shops, the house has lots of room. A 24 hour laundrette and great local cafe are nearby. Good written instructions made using all the different appliances easy. It was nice to get a tour of local shops as part of check in.

Wonderful stay!

The house was spacious and extremely close to Sasazuku station which is one stop away from Shinjuku. The house was clean and had plently of ammenities. K and his sister were gracious hosts and picked us up from the station to show us around and explain house rules. Highly recommend!

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is superb with the train station only 5 min walk and shops and ameneties also only 5 mins away. 2 bathrooms and 4 bedroom made it comfortable for 7 people.

Great place to stay

Location was great, near a train station that's only one stop from Shinjuku. Lots of cute little restaurants nearby, as well as a full laundromat. The place was very big versus what we expected, 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, full kitchen bath and 2 toilets.

Great location and a large family home

The host was always available through out with messages and very helpful. The host’s sister picked us up from the Sasazuka train station. We are very welcomed. The house is beautiful and there are quite a large living/dining, kitchen, bathroom & toilet downstairs, and 4 bedrooms and another separate toilet. All facilities have carefully instructed with the stickers easy to use. Fantastic kitchen, and lots of storage. We settled dow quickly. We felt like our own home. Very close to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and train station. This house is the best place to stay not only family but also for a couple, and friends. I recommend everyone to stay when you come to Tokyo.

An oasis of calm in Tokyo

This quiet, light-filled, spacious home was an ideal Tokyo base for our family of 5 adults. We appreciated the central location, with easy access to the subway and short distances to many key attractions. We equally enjoyed having such a comfortable, peaceful place to retreat to at the end of a busy day. It had all the appointments we needed and our host was friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions for local dining and supermarkets. We highly recommend this home and would happily stay here again.

Nice property and location

Everything was ok. The property is big (quite uncommon for Japanese standards) and luminous. It's the most westerner property I have seen in Tokyo. Very comfortable for my family, specially for me and my son (we are tall). Fine house. The location was really good for us. Five minutes to Sasazuka station and from there 5 minutes to Shinjuku or 20 mins to Shibuya. Travel to the rest of Tokyo is a breeze too. There's a shopping street a couple of blocks from the house with many shops and eateries. Always with people but remarkably tranquil and friendly. I loved it. There's a couple of supermarkets very near too. Really happy for the time spent in this house. Thank you very much.

Excellent location, spacious accommodation

This accommodation was perfect for an extended family. Plenty of room in the bedrooms, and space to move in the kitchen/dining/lounge area. The location is very good, with plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The local station is very close, and it is quick to get to Shinjuku station. The host was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We would recommend this accommodation to others, and would choose to stay there again if looking for accommodation in Tokyo. Excellent.

Amazing Place- highly recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was spacious, spotless, and perfect for my family of seven. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably, and basic amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent were thoughtfully provided. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient. The train station was just a short walk away, and there was a charming street nearby with great shopping and plenty of dining options. The hosts were fantastic—so kind and accommodating! They offered flexible check-in times and provided us with detailed recommendations for dining and shopping. House instructions were clearly written out for easy reference. They even included a free pocket WiFi and umbrellas for our use, which were such thoughtful touches. This stay was spectacular—I can’t recommend this place or the hosts highly enough!

One of the best parts of our trip

We absolutely loved staying at K N's place during our trip to Tokyo. The location was fantastic-- quiet, safe, and close to the subway as well as to shopping. We loved how Sasazuka was easily accessible to all the sightseeing we wanted to do in Tokyo. The home itself was extremely comfortable, well-maintained and had everything we needed. More spacious than we expected! A true gem of a place, we would 100% stay again!

Close to transport and amenities

Large property with good sized rooms, full kitchen and well appointed. Met by host and showed route to house and points of interest along the way. Host was good with communication and prompt in replies. Location was key factor in choosing property as was close to train station, a stop from Shinjuku whichbis a major transport exchange hub. Also located in a nice neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants and a few supermarkets opened until late.

Amazing!

What an incredible place to stay! My wife and I lived in Tokyo for six years and have visited Japan nearly a dozen times since we moved abroad. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed in Japan. The location, size of the home, comfort of the stay, and quality of the host can’t be beat. If you can book this place, do it now! You won’t regret it. I’d buy the place if I were in the market.
