Rymligt 3 Bed / Den 4 Bath Garaged Town house beläget i Seaside Village i West Ocean City. Kort promenad till butikerna och många fantastiska restauranger! Lätt pendling eller bussresa till den berömda Ocean City Boardwalk. Stor gemensam pool och fitnesscenter under säsongen. Två separata familjerum möjliggör gott om utrymme för stora eller fler familjevägar! Hundar välkomna!

Även om vi tillåter en maximal beläggning av 14 personer finns det bara platser för 11 i sängar. Det finns två soffor och du är välkommen att ta med luftmadrasser!

Första våningen: Garage och stort hölje med sektions- och bäddsoffa samt ett komplett badrum och platt-TV / DVD-spelare.

Andra våningen: Familjerum med TV / DVD-spelare. Halva badrummet. Välutrustat kök med apparater i rostfritt stål och stort matbord perfekt för stora grupper. Andra våningen däck med utsikt över öppen yta och damm med höga baren bord och stolar.

Tredje våningen: Master sovrum med klädkammare och king size-säng har skum madrass. Privat badrum med stor dusch. Platt TV. Ideal location. Quiet and close to best of OCMD.

Host is very good to stay with. Home is clean and ideal location. Short distance to beach/boardwalk. Our group traveled daily Assateague Island. Excellent restaurant choices nearby. Walking distance to shopping. Absolutely a home we hope to stay at again.

Beach getaway

We loved the location and spacious condo that is very peaceful. Very close to everything you’d need or want without the craziness of the boardwalk. The owner was great and very accommodating to us whom arrived early with a sick 6 year old. Thank you again Jamie! The Polk and Myslenski Families

Great time with family

This was a great time in ocean city! We stayed at the same development last year but at a different property. This was hands down a better process overall. Great communication, the place was well cared for with good amenities. This is on our short list to check for our next OCMD stay.

Simply Amazing!

Our family had a wonderful time! The owners were super accommodating, very kind and friendly. The house was very clean which is very important to us. We felt comfortable allowing our infant to be on the carpets. This house was perfect for our family and we will most certainly return again.

This house was everything!!

Great house for large groups! Very clean and neat! I loved the fact that the house came with an instruction manual. Spacious! Located in a quiet neighborhood! Very close to the boardwalk and walking distance to the Outlets. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location & Great House

We stayed at this house this past week. The house is very nice and had everything we needed. It was great that this home was dog friendly. Our puppy was able to come with us and enjoy the beach for the first time. This was our first all family vacation in many years, and everyone enjoyed it. Jamie was great and provided me with all the information I needed regarding the house. Jamie, thank you for allowing us to spend the week in your beautiful home. We really appreciate it.

Beautiful Home, as Advertised, great host

Nothing could have went better. We had everything we needed in the rental. It was very clean when we entered. It was definitely as advertised. It was a beautiful home. It is also very nicely placed for a great OC experience. Shops, entertainment, food, gas station, etc. The owner was extremely nice and present when needed. He called us on the way in to ensure everything was fine, he took his time to help us with the keyless door. Everyone had a fantastic time abs enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood. The was a five star experience.

Excellent property

Looks just like the pictures. The first level of living was where our teenagers stayed. It was great because we could not hear them playing video games all night. 2nd floor was where we spent the most time on the deck. Beds were comfortable. 3rd floor laundry was a plus. Bring your own linens and toiletries. Grill available as well as beach supplies. Walking distance to anything food, shopping, movies. Far enough away from the beach to avoid the crowds but we walked there too.

Great vacation home for the family

This was a great property really close to some awesome beaches. Shops and restaurants were with walking distance. We had 13 people stay for a week and we were are comfortable. Would give it 5 stars but it could use a little updating with the paint and some of the carpets were a little used. We have stayed at a few different places in O.C and this was near the top.

Spacious & Clean

Great location with a short drive to both the Ocean City boardwalk and Assateague. Spacious with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and sofa-beds for two families. Never had an issue with bathrooms or hot water, even with teenagers. The place is clean, and in good shape. Some nice touches, like foldable dog crates in the garage, washer/dryer, and a keurig with some k-cups. Jamie was responsive, and replied immediately when we had a question. Wouldn't mind booking this place again.

Seagull Century Bike Ride 2021

We had a great stay. This home has lots of space?? The pictures represent the layout well. The king bed was super comfortable. The queen bed was squeaky when anyone turned over. The outdoor deck with table and chairs was where we spent most of our time. The washer and dryer were handy. Kitchen stocked well with appliances and dishes. Guests should bring their own soap and toiletries as well as trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap/dryer sheets. Communication was delayed sometimes, but eventually completed within 1-3 days. Biggest downfall was having to rent bed linens, bath and kitchen towels.

Nice house! Perfect location

House is spacious, clean. Location is close to beach and inlet, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We had a great time! Looking forward to coming back next year.
