Dessa lägenheter är en tyst enhet på övervåningen med välvda tak belägen i den pittoreska "historiska byn" på Sugarbush Resort, men bara 5 minuters promenad till basstugan. Inom bara några steg finns 4 restauranger (Pizza Soul, Mutha Stuffers deli, Chez Henri fransk restaurang och The Reks bar), Skiside Ski Shop, daghem / skola och uppvärmd sommarpool (sett från balkongen).
Nya LR & DR-möbler, uppdaterad dekor som ändras för att spegla säsongen och renoverade badrum. Nya lyxiga kungmadrasser, skarpa lågsäsong utanför säsongen, lyxiga vinterbäddar och plyschbadhanddukar Huvudnivån har en avkopplande balkong med spektakulär utsikt över berget och Mad River Valley. Se Valley House Quad, Super Bravo, Heaven's Gate och Village Quad-liftar som snurrar och titta på skidåkare på Stein's Run, Murphys Glades, Spring Fling och Lower Snowball. Välvt vardagsrum med gasspis, mysig matplats med bankett, fullt utrustat kök med nytt 5-brännars sortiment, ny mikrovågsugn, ny tyst diskmaskin, ny brödrost, brödrost, mixer, lerkärl, nytt köksredskap och bageri. Första nivån har också ett komplett badrum och ett kung sovrum. 2: a våningen har en annan kung sovrum med välvda tak, 3 stora övre clerestory fönster för att sova under månskenet, läsa kran och badrum fullt badrum. Det praktiska skidskåpet ligger vid byggnadens ingång. Åka till Village Quad-hissen via "Out Road" -leden eller komma till basstugan via en 5 minuters promenad över den täckta bron eller ta skytteln. Åka tillbaka på "Out-to-Lunch" eller "Easy Rider" och "In Road" spår som leder skidåkare till strax under enhetens balkong.
Om du letar efter fler aktiviteter är det en snabb promenad till Sugarbush Health & Rec Center, läsa antika & lokala hantverksbutiker eller prova köket på de många restaurangerna i Warren och Waitsfield. Ski weekend

Great location for skiing! It was nice to be able to ski down to the lifts as well as ski back to the condo. Also easy to walk over to the base lodge.

weekend getaway

Fantastic stay with easy access to slopes. Sugarbush is the place to ski. We especially enjoyed the warmth the fireplace gave after a long ski. Will be back in the future!

Great location for a family ski gathering

A comfortable condo in a fantastic location to the mountain. Beds are very comfortable. Living area is set up for togetherness with plenty of nice seating and a cozy fireplace. Gail is very responsive and wonderful to work with, thank you.

A perfect ski getaway

Everything was perfect. From the sweet decorations, to watching Alabama move on to the Championship (Roll TIde), to the fireworks and festivities on New Years Eve. We had a wonderful time! WOuld definitely come again! Gail was wonderful as well!

Wonderful!

We stayed over MLK weekend and had a wonderful wknd. The condo is very clean, very comfortable, and a perfect location. The view of the torchlight parade and fireworks was perfect. The lack of snow meant the ski off/on trail was closed, but it's an easy walk to the base lodge and main lifts. We will be coming back next year!

Excellent condo near daycare center

We had two kids in ski school and one in daycare - this house was perfect for us. Everything exactly as described. Be sure to buy you lift tickets at the start of the season - same day rates are very expensive! If you want to use the outdoor ski locker be sure to bring a padlock. This condo is exactly what you are looking for!

Plusses and minuses

First, the good. The location is great. The ski-in/ski-out trail was closed when we were there, but the walk to the lift is easy. It’s also great to have a few restaurants just steps away. WiFi worked fine. And the owner was helpful. It’s also great to be able to bring your dog, and for that reason we had managed expectations about the condo. However, cleanliness was an issue during our stay. The bed sheets had hair on them (owner quickly remedied this, though), there were dust bunnies in the corners, dishes in the cabinets had to be rewashed before we used them, and the walls were a little dirty. Also, one shower was basically unusable because it just made a light mist, but the other worked fine. Both the condo and the building itself are due for a refresh - I.e, carpets, paint, etc.. But I think this is reflected in the price and in the fact that it is dog friendly. I’d liken this condo to a decent-quality roadside motel (e.g., functional furnishings, outdated, not gross but perhaps some cleanliness issues), except you get two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, and of course a ski trail right outside your door. In other words, it’s totally fine depending on your priorities. If you’re not too fancy, and you want ski-in/ski-out and to bring your dog, this is a perfectly fine option.

Great view and access to skiing

The property has a great view of the Sugarbush slopes and at night you can watch the snowcats grooming. Just a short ski or walk to the slopes.

Relaxing & Cozy

We had a great long ski weekend. The unit was exactly as pictured, and very relaxing, clean, and stocked with necessities. The location was fantastic to ski in/out, walk to the base, or watch the snow fall by the fire from the balcony doors. Ski all day, relax all night, it was a wonderful unit and vacation. We will visit again.

Perfect for our family of four. Great layout, good light, high ceilings, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and fantastic view of the the slopes and easy ski on/off. Will definitely look into coming back!

I have been skiing the northeast and Sugarbush for over 50 years, and Sugarbush has always been my favorite mountain. Family members have owned various properties here but only a few properties have met my criteria for ski accessibility, and I think this is one of the best. After several attempted purchases over the last 30 years, patience finally paid off; my husband and I purchased this condo 2 years ago and have done many upgrades. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
