En vacker strand med två sovrum med fantastisk utsikt över Maluabuktens patrullerade strand. Denna enhet har 2 loungeområden som båda har en TV- och DVD-spelare, det finns också en diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns utemöbler på däck så att du kan sitta ute och njuta av utsikten. Bakgården är stranden.

Malua bay

The location is great but the apartment needs some proper cleaning as the walls, doors and windows are stained and dirty. I cleaned up 2 gauze balcony doors and windows as the were in pretty bad state.

Amazing property on the beach, great for the family and plenty of space. Groceries, Takeaways, New Kids playground, Live saving club and safe for kids to go into the ocean. Very close to Mogo Zoo. Great location and price!

Great location

Located in the perfect spot, walk straight onto the beach. Everything else you need is within walking distance. Beautiful Chinese at Raymond’s and Club Malua provide a curtesy bus and serve delicious meals. Only downfall for our stay was the cleanliness of the property. Inside and out is in desperate need of a thorough clean.

Very convenient location close to shops and main road, good view from top rooms. Room was great and had everything one would need. Comfy bed and linen. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Didnt like the reservation service as it wasnt personal but price was good.

Could have EASILY stayed longer, 10:00am is too early :-) Layout was great, beach right as advertised plus we could watch it from the apartment. Some minor repairs would help but otherwise great.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the place

We stayed in the same complex before and we though judging from this unit photo it was going to be better than the previous one but what a disappointment room was messy bed move to the side,vacuum cleaner left in the middle of the room , walkway had sand,leaves etc just a very poor cleaning that’s for sure !! And we ask for an explanation from the property manager and weeks later still waiting for a call back !!

Spectacular view!!!!!

Very comfortable. Everything was in good working condition. Incredible views of the beach! Lounge room curtains need attention as they didn't fully close. Would definitely stay again!

Best view of Malua Beach

Great relax with amazing views of beach - it was our backyard for the week. Excellent location for small trips, cafe two doors down. The townhouse had everything that we could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing stay - would definitely return!

Amazing View, Average Cleanliness

Property is very tired looking, needs some tlc especially in the cleaning department. House needed a serious vacuum throughout, the downstairs area in particular was very musty smelling and all furniture items, especially bedside tables were covered in a thick layer of dust, which is shame because if not for the cleanliness of the property I would definitely be a return visitor & it would be a place I’d recommend to friends & family. The location is more than ideal, the proximity to the beach can’t be beat, listening to the waves cash on the shore at night & watching the moon rise was a wonderful experience. Customer service was good, quick response, friendly face upon key pickup/drop off.

Beautiful Location BUT!!!

We arrived to a dirty property. Carpets had sand all over them. Went to use the vacuum cleaner and it was clogged up with rubbish. Cutlery and pots was so dirty we had to wash every piece. Then there was no dishwasher detergent. The beds had disgusting mattress protectors, we didn’t use them they were so stained. Only one tea towel. Cobwebs everywhere. No mop. 3 globes out. Potentially a lovely property that was let down by very poor execution. We did email the agent and they did respond by sending an electrician. They promised new mattress protectors, but they never arrived. We were given an extra days stay as compensation however. There are nicer properties around for the same price and that are serviced a lot better. A bit of a shame really.

Just like sleeping on the beach

Perfect location in the closest property to the beach. Constant sound of waves crashing could be annoying but that’s the joy of being so close. Had to leave town for meals though as the one dining option was booked out. Veranda doors were very difficult to open and close due to corrosion - needs attention. Nice layout and family friendly

Great location and views

The townhouse was situated in an ideal spot, so close to the ocean and beach and made for a great view. The property itself is tired, in need for some updates. Carpets were stained in some areas and were sandy. The whole place could do with a new coat of paint and retiling. The kitchen had all that you needed which was fantastic. Overall it was a cheap place to stay with fantastic views.

Unit 5 Kuppa Ave Malua Bay

Position great Would have been more comfortable with ceiling fans. Rooms very stuffy at night. Screen and sliding doors require maintenance. Very hard to open. Downstairs bathroom could have been cleaner. Hairs found on floor and basin. A ringer mop bucket would be much easier for floor washing. Sofa beds very uncomfortable. Kitchen had everything required for a good stay.

Malua Bay short stay

This property is in a great location with easy access to beach and shops. It may be quite hot in the downstairs bedrooms in summer as there is no air-con but there are pedestal fans. There were no handles on the outside taps so one could not wash the sand off as requested by the owner/manager. The manager was slow in responding to the booking request.
