Absolute Beachfront location at Chiton Rocks. . This beautifully presented architect designed and quality built home is positioned amongst the sand dunes at Chiton Rocks and positioned in an established fully fenced private and secure garden.
The first floor is all about the large, comfortable open plan living/dining with R/C split air conditioning and it's huge picture windows that bring the outside in with uninterrupted ocean views just perfect for evening drinks in Summer on the deck or cuddling up on a cold Winter's night listening to the crashing waves.
The galley kitchen with dishwasher optimises space and efficiency and also allows access to the rear deck and BBQ area and the large master bedroom also has deck access and the bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet is positioned adjacent. Downstairs offers direct beach access and comprises and additional 2 bedrooms, family room with TV, DVD and double sofa bed and second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Please note: a $500 security bond applies to all bookings.

- two bedrooms on the left downstairs - both have king beds which can split into extra long king singles.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
