Detta fritidshus ligger i den mest befogande positionen i den populära Carrickalingas North Bay.

Det finns boende för 12 personer över tre nivåer.

På övervåningen består av 4 sovrum, två på huvudplan med queen size-sängar andshared ensuite. Det finns också ett sovrum med queen size-säng och ett ytterligare sovrum med 2 singlar på mezzaninenivån som också har en lounge med bäddsoffa.

Härlig öppen planlösning, matsal och kök. Loungen är en smart TV, withfoxtel och soundbar. Mysig förbränningsvärmare för vintern, stor matplats för att passa alla för familjen middagar och ett modernt Farquhar kök med två ugnar, induktionshäll, frukost bar, avföring, diskmaskin och välfylld kök. Det finns WIFI f��r dig att använda under din vistelse.

Det finns en tvättstuga, separat toalett och ytterligare badrum på denna nivå tillsammans med en härlig solrum med en lounge och bordsmöjlighet som kan dubbla som en annan matplats.

Njut av de mest hisnande vyer från thebalcony utrustade med utemöbler.

Grill i gården.

Nedervåningen är en fristående enhet med två sovrum. Huvudsakliga sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en singel och det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng.

Det finns ett pentry med separat matsal. Loungen har TV igen med Foxtel

Badrummet har badkar, dusch, toalett och tvättstuga. En andra BBQ utomhus inställning för 6 personer.

Dream holiday

My husband and I were the youngest among our group. We were supposed to be 11 but one of the ladies had a stroke so she wasn’t able to come. The eldest member of the group is 92, luckily he can still go up and down the steps. We opted to stay up as most of them had knee surgery , one of them is legally blind, having said that , we still enjoyed the stay in your beautiful house,in fact they are already planning to stay there next year.

Beautiful property, spacious home with everything we needed. Amazing beachfront views, dolphins and kangaroos at the front door. Sunsets were superb.Only a few hours from home so our children could come and go as it suited them.Thank you

Time Out

Celebrating family member’s, was a great winter get away. Loved how much thought has gone into ensuring catering needs met, I packed allot of stuff which wasn’t required as supplied. Only suggestion, a fire guard would be good for those who wish to use it. We had a 2 year old with us so we lit the fire at night only when he had gone to bed, would have liked to have option to light during the day but we agreed too risky.

70TH BIRTHDDAY

JUST BEAUTIFUL - A RARE TIME TO GET ALL OF THE FAMILY TOGETHER AND EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. How could you not - even had a whale just out of the window putting on a show for 1 and 1/2 hours. Weather was also very kind to us for July. Lovely lunch Saturday at Lost Phoenix Farm. Thank you.House was excellent - never know what facilities a place will have - you had it all.

Excellent place to stay for all ages. Downstairs apartment great for the young family with us, giving them their own space plus allowing the adults upstairs to sleep in. Lots of space to either sit quietly or gather together. Fully appointed, you can want for nothing in this kitchen. Beach literally on your doorstep spectacular view. Our 4th year love it
