Amazing experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was so great to stay in a place right on the beach with all the amenities of a home. It was so nice to be able to come in after a day at the beach/pool and cook a nice meal to eat while watching the sunset from the patio. They are also dog friendly and allowed larger (over 20 lbs) which is rare to find on the island. The condo was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: the location was great, place was spacious, there was a large outdoor storage closet near the parking space where we could park our rented bikes, the beach umbrella was large and worked really well, even in the wind. The property management team was really responsive to our two maintenance requests. Negatives: the kitchen was not cleaned properly. Crumbs/dirt on stove and counter, small appliances that most people use on vacation (blender, coffee maker) were dirty. I ended up spending the first hour cleaning the kitchen/appliances. The place is a bit dated, and some of the blinds were broken.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Sanibel. Property was great, al little on the tired side, but allowed our dog and all the other features outweighed that. Stocked well convenient great porch and close to everything. Sanibel Holiday was awesome in every measure. Communication was great and having never been to Sanibel that was very helpful . We will use them next time for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second winter season at IBC F310. We remain completely satisfied. The unit is spacious and contains everything needed for short or long-term stays.We especially appreciate the location - a decent view to the water, a short walk to the beach, and a great spot for biking to almost anything.And, ofcourse, IBC is very dog friendly, a huge plus for us.We also appreciate that the owner contacted us about his plans for future upgrades.

First Summer in Sanibel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on Sanibel many times, so feel confident in describing our stay at IBC F310. There are some parts of the unit that have not been updated yet (e.g., kitchen counters/cabinet and bathroom vanities). For us, that was unimportant. The unit was comfortable, clean, spacious, and attractively decorated. It came equipped with everything we needed for our three-month stay. The owner and rental agent were both courteous and helpful. This unit is the closest in the complex to the road, so cars will be heard sometimes, but we did not find that to be a problem. Although not the closest unit to the water, there is still a good view of the Gulf. On-site staff kept the buildings and grounds in beautiful shape. Pool is excellent. Covered parking was much appreciated. Location is excellent; you can easily bike to everything. And we could bring out dog! Bottom line, we rolled over our reservation for the next year because we were perfectly satisfied with our stay.

November 2017 in Sanibel

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has vacationed in Sanibel for several years. Love the west end of the island. Island Beach Club is in a great location. It's a relatively small complex so tends to be quiet and not overcrowded. Unit F310 was a little disappointing, however. The wear and tear is definitely showing in this rental. Paint is peeling off the walls in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets are showing there age. The side of the refrigerator is rusting. There's no HDTV in the unit. Like I said earlier.. been vacationing on the island for several years and this unit is by far the least maintained that I've experienced. Oh well, it was still a week in paradise.

Perfect location on Sanibel!

Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the Island Beach Club for our Sanibel trip and have rebooked(different unit) for next year as it is dog friendly and perfectly located for biking/walking up to Bailey's grocery store and restaurants. Beach is great and pool is very nice. Unit F310 needs some attention, however. It sleeps 6, but only had 4 dining chairs in and out so we had to move chairs between the lanai and dining room to seat everyone. If there were barstools for the bar that would have helped. Upholstered chair has rips in it. They put cover over it, but need to invest in new upholstery. No cart was provided for transporting groceries, etc to 3rd floor which was quite challenging. TV is not HD. 3 decent beach chairs. The rest need to be tossed. A couple more lamps would have been helpful. Unit was very clean and there were plenty of very nice bath towels. So, the BIG STUFF (location & property) trumped all and we are returning to Island Beach Club again next year.

Great Location, Spacious Condo

This condo is roomy and has the amenities that we like, although it needs more renovation and replacement of appliances.
