Undangömt i en skuggig trädgård ligger vår 600 kvadratmeter stora stuga i en av Pensacolas äldsta stadsdelar med pittoreska hem och massor av parker. (ta med dina löparskor) Det är bekvämt beläget till flygplatsen (5 miles), centrum av Pensacola (3 miles) och våra vackra vita sandstränder (8 miles). En ny Publix livsmedelsbutik öppnade precis tre kvarter bort!
Vår stuga har ett kök i full storlek men den bästa pizzan i Pensacola ligger inom gångavstånd.

This cottage is an oasis of relaxation. We loved the modern design. Hosts were pleasant and helpful. It is located just a few minutes from many dining establishments. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is pleasant to just sit and enjoy.

Cute, functional Cottage

Adorable Cottage on a Beautiful property in East Hill. This cottage had everything you need in a kitchen with all new appliances, a functional living space, comfy bedroom and full bathroom. Great location to get around the area, a Publix within walking distance and downtown Pensacola and the bridge to Gulf Breeze & beaches 2 minutes drive.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Carolyn and Ray were top notch hosts with anything and everything we could have needed. We took a trip to the beach and they allowed us use of an umbrella and chairs and even offered a cooler! Overall, the cottage has been our best VRBO experience.

Wonderful stay at beautiful cottage

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage which was in a fantastic location. Carolyn and Ray were wonderful hosts and had a lot of great recommendations for spots to check out in town. Very clean, check in and out were easy. Highly recommend this location.

Amazing!

We had the most wonderful stay! The owners were so kind and friendly. I appreciate that they let us check in early due to flight changes and spent time going over some places to visit while we were in town. The place was spotless when we arrived and we were very pleased with our stay. It was also in a great location and we would stay here again if we make our way back to Pensacola!

Ray and I downsized and moved to the East Hill in 2000 and love the convenience and charm of this neighborhood.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Note the word downsize. I love our 1921 Craftsman bungalow but the house is small-especially when family comes to visit. We downsized a bit too much so we built the small cottage in the background for overflow company. This has worked out well since they get their privacy and we have a retreat from the grandkids.
