Parkera din bil och lämna alla dina bekymmer bakom! Dubbelvåningsenhet på första våningen i North Beach Haven finns att hyra varje vecka i sommar. Detta hus, beläget vid viken av Long Beach Island, är en kort promenad till stranden med trafikljus för enkel / säker åtkomst över boulevarden, ett halvt kvarter från viken med en strandstrand och den bästa delen .. .. 1/2 mil från Fantasy Island och alla Beach Havens attraktioner. Njut av dagar tillbringade på stranden, kvällar på pariserhjulet eller ta en promenad till bukten för att titta på solnedgången med cocktails i handen.
Den första våningen erbjuder helt nya rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit, pergolv och ett nytt kaklat badrum. Ett sovrum erbjuder en queen size-säng och det andra har en våningssäng med en tvilling och full.
Båda enheterna är rök- och husdjursfria. Den STORA bakgården är gemensam med 2 grillar, 2 picknickbord och ytterligare utomhusstolar för att koppla av till måsarnas ljud. Det finns också en utomhusdusch för tvättning efter en dag på stranden och 2 parkeringsplatser per enhet. Återigen, lämna dina bilar på deras platser och gå / cykla åka till allt som LBI har att erbjuda. Nämnde jag att det finns en minigolf 1/2 av ett kvarter, glassbutik i slutet av hörnet och underbara restauranger inom några kvarter? Detta hem på Waverly Ave. är det perfekta läget för din nästa semester på Long Beach Island.

Great place

Adorable house my family and I stayed in for 7 days. It is right on the bay, and only 4 blocks to the beach and Fantasy Island. Lots of ice cream, restaurants along the walk. We enjoyed the beach every day, lots for the kids to do, grilled out back and enjoyed the sunsets on the bay every night. Perfect

Great space, great location

We had a great stay in this rental! Clean, nice layout, and included all the necessary kitchen equipment. Very close to bay side for beautiful sunsets and just a few blocks walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of shopping, ice cream shops, amusement park, water park, and mini golf.

Wonderful stay!

The property was just a short drive from the beach and a brief walk from the marina. Everything you would need was stocked in the house unless specified. The house was spacious and comfortable! I would gladly stay here again!

Quiet Stay

A very quiet area. The bay was around the corner. Walking distance to fine dining and ice cream. Enjoyed reading on a lounge chair in the back yard. Got tricked on using the numerical keypad. Now I know how it works. A call to the owner was a great help in teaching us how to use the keypad!

Great home & location

My family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to everything. Backyard was great for hanging out and BBQ-ing.

Great place!

I stayed here with my kids and we loved it! My main goal was to be close to Fantasy Island so my boys can walk to and from as they wanted to..And it was perfect! The street is quite and little to no traffic.House was clean and nicely updated just as the pictures show.

Another great LBI vacay!

Great location, clean, and cozy. Loved the kayak/SUP launch on the next block. 16th street surfing beach was great (no guards on that block but guards on either side). Went to side door donuts every day for coffee. Couldn't ask for a better place!

Nice place with a few caveats.

The unit is nice and the AC works great. 1. Our stay was comfortable except for the misinformation in the listing: There is no mention that sheets and towels are NOT included. You need to bring your own. That would not have been a problem had we known. We had to go to Hands General Store (near by) and buy sheets and towels. We complained to owner who refunded 80% of our cost. Better than nothing. As of my last look at the listing this requirement is now included. Not soon enough for us. 2. It may be the virus, but there was NOTHING in the unit to clean or maintain the place: No washcloths, sponges, dish detergent, soap, garbage bags, salt, pepper. NOTHING. The rules require you run the dishwasher before leaving, but they provide NO dishwasher detergent. 3. The listing makes much noise about 'special covid cleaning' but the place was dusty and the coffee maker & carafe was not clean. 4. We made a big mistake and took the 3 beach tags with us when we left. The end result after much back & forth was we had to pay $170 for 3 new tags when the situation could have been resolved for less than $100. No cooperation on that. We are the proud owners of 3 LBI 2020 beach tags. Very expensive souvenirs of our stay on Waverly Ave

Perfect Location!

We had a great time staying at this property! It was half a block from the bay and 2.5 blocks to the ocean. This was our first time renting a house for the week instead of staying in a hotel and we loved it! It was the perfect size for us....3-4 people. The owners were to quick to respond if we had any questions. It was very clean inside and well taken of. Will definitely look into it again next year!

Great Vacation!

We loved our time staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. Location was perfect for walking pretty much everywhere. There were other renters staying upstairs but they were quiet and we barely noticed they were there. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome Vacation

Susie is an understanding and compassionate owner who was able to help make our vacation one we will always remember. The house was exactly as described and in a great location. We rented both units and it worked out perfectly for my family. We will definitely be back again next year.

Great spot for bay and beach!

Excellent stay in Beach Haven. 1st Floor of duplex - 2 beds, dining area, kichen and living room, also outdoor space. Walking/biking distance to tons of great stuff in beach haven. Launched a paddleboard from 2 blocks away. Super quiet and peaceful. Would definitely rent again! Thanks, Susie, for a great vacay!

Loved everything!

The rental had everything we could have asked for and more. Great location! Quick walk or bike ride to the beach and Viking Village. Loved the large amount of common space in the dining room and living room area.

Great location!

Perfect Cozy Getaway

My family and I just got home from another great week at LBI.

We really enjoyed staying at this house as it was close to the bay and offered a bunch of shops, ice cream, and mini golf close by. We would stay here again!!!

LBI vacation

Had a wonderful time in LBI! The house is a great location and in very nice condition. The street is very quiet and relaxing. Basically parked the vechicle and relaxed. Had to get used to people being upstairs but they were very considerate.

Wonderful vacation in North Beach Haven!

We stayed for two weeks on the first floor of this duplex. The house was in great condition and in an excellent location. We rarely used our car. We could bike and walk to most places. I would definitely stay here again!:)
