We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable and close to everything. So much to do and very short drive to everything. The views are amazing and the host is quick to respond to any questions. Only thing that was a bit difficult was parking on the hill. Also the upstairs loft area gets hot so you have to keep AC on 70 which makes the rest of the house really cold, but we really enjoyed our stay and most likely will be back. We love staying in TN!!!

Great Experience

The cabin was amazing and as beautiful as the photos were. The beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. The hot tub was very nice. The kids enjoyed all the amenities. The only issue we had was trying to figure out how to use the TV remotes and programs and parking on an incline was a new experience but ended up being fine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will book with them again in the future.

Great place for our family to stay. Loved the hot tub. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and foosball table right in our cabin. Location was close to many different tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The game room in the loft was a huge hit with our two boys, which made for some peaceful time on the porch for the adults! The cabin is in a neighborhood, so if you're looking for something more secluded, this may not be the best fit for you, BUT it was quiet and didn't hinder the experience. A friendly note: read the check-in doc BEFORE you leave, it's more than just door codes. It has helpful information about what to expect once you arrive and what you may need to bring with you (pool towels). The other reviews are spot on, the cabin is clean, and the beds are comfy! The location is close to the Pigeon Forge attractions, but an equally easy drive to Gatlinburg giving us lots of choices of what to do for fun. We will definitely check on the cabin's availability again when we return to the Pigeon Forge area.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. We have stayed at a lot of cabins but this was by far the cleanest we have ever been in. It also had the most comfortable beds of any cabin. During checkout they don’t make you strip the beds or do anything major which was a huge plus! Definitely would stay again.

Clean, spacious & stunning view!

My family had a great stay at Higher Escape! We were here for a Ripken baseball tournament and the cabins were a short drive to the fields. Upon arrival the cabin was immaculately clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and the views from the wrap around porch are stunning. The hot tub was clean and everything is well maintained. The house is on a corner lot which makes the view even better. Thank you to our host!

My husband Brandon and I were both born and raised in TN and have been coming to the Mountains since we were both small children. Vacationing in East TN was like a second home to us and when we had our two children, 15 and 13 now, we wanted to share that same experience with them. Our family loves spending time together and when we have the opportunity to head East, we love packing up and heading to the Cabin. Our trips always consists of Dollywood/Splash Country or taking a picnic lunch up to the Chimney Tops picnic area in the mountains. This was a tradition my parents started and something we were able to do this Summer with our own Children. Some of our favorite spots always include The Old Mill Pottery House, Pancake Pantry in Gatlinburg and of course the Five Oaks Tanger Mall.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

From the moment we entered the gated community of Bear Creek Crossing Resort, we just knew this was the place for us to purchase a Cabin. The resort offered security and so many of the amenities we were looking for as a Family, and what we hoped our guests would enjoy also. Higher Escape is located just 3 miles from the parkway, which makes it so convenient to shopping, dining and all the activities that Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Mountains have to offer. We feel it's location and beautiful mountain views are some of it's best features.

When I think about being on vacation either as an owner or a guest, I want to feel right at Home. The very first time I stepped onto the porch of Higher Escape and looked at the 180 degree mountain views, I knew this was a special place. You are greeted by a beautiful wrap around front porch, a gorgeous hand made swing with carved out cup holders, and plenty of rockers to sit in with your morning coffee. Our cabin provides all the comforts of Home with its beautiful decor, flat screen TVs with HD, and all the upstairs loft entertainment you could ask for. Get some sun at the outdoor pool in the summer months or take advantage of the indoor heated pool on those cold or rainy days. You'll feel tucked away with mountain views, but you'll be just 3 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge. We hope you enjoy all the amenities Bear Creek Crossing Resort has to offer and create some wonderful memories for your Family!
