Du kommer att njuta av komfort, avkoppling och bekvämlighet av vår rymliga öppna planlösning professionellt inredd i sjö och lodge mode. Övre våningen består av en bekväm sittgrupp med en 42 "platt-TV. öppen spis; fullt möblerat öppet kök och matplats; en täckt veranda; en skärmad i veranda strax utanför vardagsrummet som är perfekt för frukost eller ett glas vin på kvällen; det leder till en rymlig utomhus däck med en trädbevuxen utsikt för att koppla av eller laga mat på grillen. Fortsättning på bottenvåningen är sovrummet med en king size-säng, bubbelbadkar och fristående dusch; ett andra sovrummet har även en king size-säng, TV och ett annat badrum.

Nedervåningen hittar du en 50-tums storbilds-TV; DVD-spelare; Xbox 360 & Spel, ett pokerspel / spelbord och gott om utrymme att sträcka ut och koppla av. Titta på en bra film eller ditt favoritsporter, besök med familj och vänner eller bara umgås. Tre sovrum på lägre nivå, ett med en king size-säng; ett annat sovrum, perfekt med barn, med en queen size-säng och två våningssängar; ett bonus sovrum med full storlek våningssängar och ett badrum finns också på denna nivå. Alla rum har TV. Extra utrymme tillhandahålls av en queen size bäddsoffa och 4 soffor. Ett tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns för din bekvämlighet. Gå ut på den nedre uteplatsen för att koppla av och njut av utsikten över Ozarkberget. Badtunna är i en privat skärmad i veranda.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a good time at the property. Had a few small issues like a shower that wouldn't stop dripping and some lights that weren't working and had trouble getting into the clubhouse once but overall it was a nice place to stay and met all our needs. Really enjoyed the hot tub.

Great Stay

Property listing and photos are accurate. Plenty of space for our family of 13. Great location for adventures. Comfortable bedding. Excellent communication with host. This was our 2nd time staying at this VRBO and will definetly stay again.

Excellent house

We had a group of 11 for our annual girls trip, and have stayed in this house many times. The close proximity to the pools and the room to spread out in the house make it the perfect place to stay. It’s also very close to the main strip in Branson, you can easily go to all the attractions without having to stay right in the middle of town. We will definitely rent this house again.

Absolutely Wonderful

Fantastic Holiday weekend get away. The home was cozy, comfortable and perfect for our family. Location was ideal and the host was amazing and made sure that our stay was focused on relaxing. We'll definitely be staying here again soon. Can't wait to go back!

The house was perfect for our size family! It had all the essentials we needed there already! Very nice place would really recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that is not in Branson’s heavy traffic!

The house was quite spacious. More than enough room for our group of 8 retired educators. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds, and well-appointed kitchen. Two large swimming pools across the street and a great hot tub house's lower deck. All you could ask for a relaxing getaway!

Fabulous "Big Family" Vacation Home!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home and the owner! Jerry answered questions by email or text almost immediately and went above and beyond to meet our needs! It was exactly what we needed for our 3 families - 3 adult couples and 10 kids (ages 4-21). The downstairs was a great place to play games, watch TV, play poker, have a dance party, etc. and of course sleep! Laundry facilities and extra refrigerator were such a bonus too. The main floor with the open kitchen had everything we needed to cook almost all of our meals. The kids really enjoyed eating on the screened-in porch and occasionally on the front porch! We also found the entire house to be IMMACULATELY clean! We swam almost every day in the nearby pool and the older kids played A LOT of pool in the clubhouse. We also had an adults only game night in the clubhouse. We did day trips to Silver Dollar City and White Water. We also rented a Pontoon Slide boat with a tow-able tube from Table Rock State Marina for an afternoon...BIG HIT with adults and kids!!! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime in the future with family or with some couple friends. Thanks a million, Jerry!!! You ROCK!!!

Wedding weekend

This property worked out fine but a little worn out. The 5th bedroom is off the unfinished part of the basement. Not very pleasing - more of a closet. The place was clean - they had all amenities necessary. Just needs some updating.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only complaints I have is that the hot tub was disgustingly nasty and the mattresses were not comfortable. The house was stocked better than any place I have ever stayed at. The owner was very friendly.

Great Family Trip

We needed a local lodge to fit our ever expanding family of all age ranges. Plenty of room and enjoyed the downstairs family room to give adults quieter movie watching space. Easy to get to and not right in Branson so it’s easy to get to all locations in a timely manner. Very clean and included everything we needed to simply enjoy ourselves and unwind after being out all day with the children. Will definitely rent again !

Nice Getaway Place but Disappointed

Overall, house is great for a group or family. Nice and roomy with 2 king bedrooms upstairs, along with one big combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. Downstairs game room was fun for the kids, with plenty of beds for 11 people (3 couples and 5 kids/singles). When making a reservation, I filtered properties to look only at ones with a hot tub. This one has one, but unfortunately, it was not working the night we arrived. Owner was traveling and did not respond to texts or phone call. She texted me sometime the next day while we were at SDC saying perhaps the circuit breaker was thrown. I called her when we got back close to 8 pm, and sure enough that's what it was. I reset the breaker, and it started up. Owner offered to let us stay all day the next day so we could enjoy it, but none of us could. She also assured me it would fully heat up in an hour, but after 3 hours, it was only up 10 degrees to 88, so it was too cold to use. When I texted the owner about this, she never responded. Her offer to let us stay longer was nice, but would have preferred if she had offered to refund us a portion of the rental fee.

Just fine

This vacation home was definitely older and had been lived in. The remotes didn’t have backs and the TVs were very complicated to work. The living room tv upstairs was like a 40 inch. Some of the bedroom TVs were definitely bigger. I feel like if you are looking for a cheaper place this would do. If you need a bed and roof this is great. Staying here is work, you have to strip your beds and haul the trash almost a half mile, don’t walk. It’s definitely far and not a good look to be breaking trash bags going down hill. All the work it took to stay here I will definitely be inquiring on what’s required of my stay before booking another place. I felt like I had a part time job on leaving day, it was stressful. There were sooo many rules I wasn’t aware. These things should be sent in an email before booking.

Table Rock Vacation

We've stayed in several properties in Branson Canyon over the past few years. This was one of the best. Location is great as it is just 100 yards or so from the playground, swimming pool and clubhouse. It's 5-10 minutes to Big Cedar, about 15 to the golf courses and the two closest marinas (Long Creek and State Park). The kids loved the air hockey table. My biggest complaint is that the knives were very dull which made cooking slightly more difficult. If that's the biggest problem, then we did quite well! Already planning to return to the property next year.

Family Vacation

The property has a good location to be able to get to the lake and many of the attractions and yet has a quiet neighborhood for downtime and pool activities. Owner was very easy to work with to make our stay comfortable. Happy we chose this property.

A few of issues

First, the property owner reached out to us a few days after the initial booking to offer an additional night at a discounted rate. We approved, but then 2 weeks later still hadn't received any information on paying for the extra night. Upon inquiry, the owner claimed to have made an oversight and booked the rental AFTER our agreement, so my family had to make last minute arrangements (which isn't easy) in order to make up for this oversight. Second, the upstairs master bath/shower leaked directly into the room below, onto a dresser which we had placed some electronic items on. The leak was a STREAM of water pouring out of the ceiling, not just a drip. A maintenance man was dispatched, only to place a bucket on top of the dresser. The ceiling was molded from where it had been wet before. Third, 2 of the TVs were not working and the wifi quickly became overloaded. Fourth, the listing says it can sleep 14, but the fold out sofa bed, that is part of the sleeping arrangements, was broken and our group had to work to fix it to keep from sleeping on the couches. Other than those issues, the price was decent, and the views and amenities were good.

GREAT LOCATION

Large house with plenty of room to spread out if you have a big group. Very close to the pool! Just a short drive to the main strip with all the stores, restaurants and shows.
