Just as advertised

House is gorgeous. Very attentive owner. 35 acres along the Winhall River. Plenty of hiking trails. Snowshoes are a must in the winter. Close to Stratton. Highly recommended.

Classic Vermont House

Great location, super private, accurate listing, easy to have a bunch of college graduate kids plus mom & dad plus adult friends.If you get fussy about a house being perfect, this isn't your house. To me it's truly classic Vermont - a few odds and ends not 100% buttoned up, but nothing that interfered with us enjoying football by the fire, dinners and breakfasts, the hot tub, and playing card games together. Kitchen and linens were all very well stocked.Access to Stratton is great, and the VIP parking pass is a cheat code - you can arrive late and park in the front row.Reid was great to work with - we'll rent here again, and I know all of our guests would do the same.

Perfect winter getaway

The house was perfect for my friends and I to escape the city for a weekend. House was clean and the hosts communication was excellent from check in to check out. The fireplace was already prepped for our arrival and the hot tub was a great addition to the property. Close proximity to great shops and bars and only a 5 minute drive to Stratton mountain. 10/10

Perfect.

Friends and family get together was made special by this property. Everything you could want or need for a summer stay in VT. Well located and yet very private. Reid was a great and responsive host.

Perfect secluded getaway

If you're looking for peace, serenity, seclusion and a little piece of heaven book this property! Reid was responsive to all my inquiries. This property has all amenities needed to stay for as long as needed. The landscape is immaculate and beautiful and the house is huge for a big group of people if needed. Also, the general rule treat the home as your own is great because you don't feel as if you're walking on eggshells. Would definitely rent again!

Fun ski weekend away

Stratton getaway

The location was great and having a VIP parking pass was awesome! the huge fireplace was so great with the frigid temps and we appreciated the fire being all set and ready to go upon arrival. Beautiful sunrises. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Fun Ski Weekend

Our group had a great time! The house is only a 5 minute drive to the mountain, comfortably slept 12 people in beds and has a large kitchen/ dining/ living room set up where we could all spend time together and have space. Hot tub is always a fun bonus too! Reid was a wonderful host with great recommendations and tips while visiting and skiing Stratton. Highly recommend and can't wait to return! Thanks Reid!

Perfection in every detail

Vermont in the fall is definitely gorgeous but then you find a property like this one and it becomes magical. The host (Reid) was very responsive to early inquiries about the property and even provided some insider tips on local hot spots. The property was well kept and you can tell that thought was put into every detail. The hot tub was clean, and the outdoor fire pit was all set up and ready to go with a light of a match. The property was secluded but easily accessible to other parts of Vermont. Waking up to the morning sunrise through big windows was a true highlight. There is no doubt that we will soon be guests again!

Amazing cabin!

A perfect place to enjoy the Stratton/Bromley/Magic ski area, or just to get away from it all. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Could not recommend more highly!

Awesome property and house. We had 4 kids and 2 adults in our group for a ski weekend. Driveway was neatly plowed and the beautiful fire place was set and only required a match. Plenty of extra wood and hot tub was ready for use as soon as we arrived. House is fully stocked and the parking pass was an added bonus! Will rent again!!!
