Great stay.

Property was well maintained. Shower didn’t drain but they came out and fixed it promptly. Overall, great spot.

Just a great place to stay in Bend

We have stayed at this property 3x now and it has not disappointed. The view from the patio is wonderful, kitchen is well appointed. If there was anything that needs to be addressed is the TV!! It is time to upgrade to smart TV, the old Sony Bravia is in its last legs. We will be back for more!!

Beautiful getaway

Loved the beautiful property close to town, river and hiking trails. The bike rentals were a great way to explore. The condo was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the river below wich drew us to to the balcony for every meal (we even had a few dear visit) . We also really enjoyed the balcony hot-tub. Such a great , relaxing getaway!

Lovely stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was fully stocked with what we needed and had great amenities and close to all you want to do in Bend. My only critique was with the cleanliness of the property. There was used dental floss left in the bathroom and there was dust on most of the surfaces. This is concerning as the property advertised vigorous cleaning practices during Covid.

Absolutely loved this condo!

We were supposed to be doing a bid tour in France, but it was cancelled so we scrambled to find an alternate. I've always wanted to stay in Sunriver, but didn't see homes I really liked that were still available. Started looking in Bend and when I saw the view from this condo I was sold. I thought it was up at Mt Bachelor and was somewhat unhappy about having to drive into town for dinner, but was so happy to see I just didn't pay enough attention and it was just outside of Bend and close enough to walk in along the beautiful riverside trail. The view is amazing and we watched ospreys in the trees across the river. The condo is very nice. Super comfortable beds. Very clean on arrival. We barbecued most nights on the quality grill because we did not want to go to too many restaurants. Everything we needed was there. Reasonably well stocked kitchen although it was a little sparse. I always bring a "travel kitchen" so everything was fine, but I could have cooked everything with what they had there. Just don't plan to prepare elaborate meals. We spent so much time on the deck just enjoying the weather and the views. Fantastic. Parking is readily available including one covered spot. The resort was very quiet at night. We didn't use the pool but it was very nice and there were plenty of people enjoying it and still space available it we had wanted to. Bend is amazing! If you love outdoors you will love it. Great river activities. Great restaurants and breweries. We biked the Scenic Bikeway out to Smith Rock. Incredible. Loved the Hiroshima at Chomp Chomp. Great restaurant and very reasonable. We will return and we will stay here again. You are on the mountain side of Bend so in winter you would get a headstart on powder days. Don't see how you can go wrong with this condo.

Bend was awesome

Overall the stay was great but we were led to believe we could have an “ early” check in . After driving 5 hours had to wait another 3 before checking in at 5 pm . The older woman at the front desk was rude about it and obviously having a bad day . All the other people working were super nice and friendly . We would definitely come back even though the unit looked much bigger on the listing . Bend did not disappoint and we will be back . Pros - River view was amazing Sound of river was relaxing Hot tub was good Air control was good Linens were nice Beds comfortable Rented both A & B units and it was nice to have the extra space Enjoyed the bikes and pool Hike to river was easy and beautiful Close to everything in town but super quiet location Cons - Back deck was dirty / garbage left Dirty dish rag in garbage disposal Shower had dirty hand prints No coffee filters Wrong keys TVs were small Spider webs Bring your own games / puzzles not great ones here
