Trevlig privat loftlägenhet bara 1/2 kvarter från Liberty Park! Sitter på en lugn gata, några minuter från centrala Salt Lake City med cykel eller bil. 45 minuters bilresa från Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton och Solitude! Många restauranger och pubar i närheten.

Detta viktorianska hus byggdes 1907 och har massor av historia och charm! Den uppdaterade Loft apt ligger på övervåningen och den privata ingången ligger runt baksidan till vänster.

Lägenheten har fullt utrustat kök med kylskåp, elektrisk spis, mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla köksredskap, disk och glas.

Den har en stor privat uteplats. Rökning ute på uteplatsen är ok.

Lovely little getaway

Charming stay!

My boyfriend and I were super pleased with our stay here! The place has so much character and charm. Being walking distance from a local coffee shop was an added bonus that worked out really well for us. Our stay was short but it was great!

Great location with easy walk to Salt Lake City's premier park: Liberty Park. Just walk 2 minutes to a great brunch place, too. Property is the attic of an older home, which is typical for this area. Nice-sized private deck with partial mountain views. Private side entrance and stairs, too.Visited in the heat of summer. You have to run the window AC and standalone unit all day long in the summer. I shut it off to conserve energy one day, and it got up to 94 degrees! One of the ACs stopped working and needed to be drained, but the owner fixed it very quickly.Bathroom shower is ok, not great. Smaller and the placement of the showerhead was a bit annoying.Very comfortable bed. Other seating in the unit was decent. Nice, small functional kitchen that was just fine for snacks and basic meals.Stayed 2 weeks, and I missed the sun. Not too much natural light. But probably not something you'll notice for a short getaway, especially if you are out during the day.It is a smaller attic, which I'd say is the main downside. Hit my head once (not bad at all) on the sloped ceiling. Darker. Hot mid-summer without AC management.All those things are very manageable with no major red flags. Great, walkable location and good value! Recommend for shorter stays on a budget, especially in other seasons.

Great Salt Lake City stay

Perfect place to stay. Easy booking & check-in process. Great Salt Lake City location - very quiet neighborhood, one block to a quaint cafe, coffee shop & park. Minutes from downtown. Perfect size for 2 people. Super comfy with a great deck, overlooking a beautiful yard. We will be staying here again!

Passing thru Salt Lake and it was perfect

Great walking distance to community park. Kitchen had everything we needed. After hours of driving the massage chair was a welcomed piece of furniture.

This property was cozy and well kept. It’s close to dining and shopping options. It’s just a few minutes by car to the airport, downtown, or the Natural History Museum. Gorgeous views from the deck! Also, the massage chair is a must try.

GR8 Place & Amazing Value!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Communication with the property owner was easy and he responded very quickly. The place is super cute and an awesome location - close to Liberty Park and Park Cafe (which was also awesome). Husband loved the wifi name reference (he’s a movie geek too). Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a great value too!

3 nights in SLC

What a wonderful stay! We needed a central location for this visit, and this unit was ideal. Chad was a fantastic host and easy to connect with if needed. The unit is located upstairs and accessed exactly as described in the listing. Cleanliness was remarkable. This was the perfect stay for the two of us.

great stay

First time in SLC so wanted central spot to explore from. We enjoyed the neighbourhood, particularly vicinity to great cafes, and proximity to everything (better to have a a car). Flat is well equipped and clean. Parking easy. Communication with owner faultless. Chad was also very generous in arranging a late check out. The only thing I would point out, from personal experience as a tall person, is that the flat is in the attic with some low lateral ceilings to watch out for. Would stay again though.
