Detta centralt belägna hotell ligger en kort bilresa från centrala Buffalo och Niagara Falls samt några minuter från lokala affärer och restauranger. Det finns också en helt ny lekplats tvärs över gatan för barn. House is in a pleasant neighborhood, with a nice park at the end of the block. The place was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the local restaurants the host recommended.

Comfy and quaint!

Our check-in was very easy. Our host was very responsive to any messages. The house was very clean, very comfy, and very homey. I felt like I was staying at a relative’s house. If we ever need to stay in Buffalo again, this will be where it’s at. There is a beautiful playground at the end of the block for anyone that may have children. The neighborhood is adorable and we took a nice walk one evening.It was also a short 20 minute drive to the Falls!

Charming house, very nice and safe neighborhood! Close to everything, minutes from the interstate. Comfortable beds, many extras-an abundance of towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Coffee provided, many condiments also provided. Would not hesitate to stay again!Extra bonus - rabbits in the backyard!

Expectations met...and then some

I chose this home b/c of the many favorable reviews and detailed comments. The communication leading up to my stay was 100%. FYI I booked a year in advance for UB Graduation. Upon check-in there was a slight miscommunication. It happens. The highlight here is not the problem, it is how the problem was handled by the property owner. She went above and beyond to fix the slight, very slight problem. My family enjoyed 3 nights at the home, the surrounding areas, as we absorbed Buffalo for possibly our last time. We enjoyed family breakfast, quality downtime, all with plenty of room to spread out. If you are a group of 6 or slightly more, and are looking to be near campus, a variety of restaurants etc, and live comfortably for a few days (or week) you have found your place!

Visit to UB

Flew in to see our daughter’s dance performance at UB and had family driving from MI. It was perfect for us and the location is excellent since we made many trips back and forth to the North campus. Charming is the right word for this home. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!!!

Cozy and perfectly located

Located within a nice neighborhood. They had a little kid park down the street we were able to take the kids sledding on the little hill. The home had everything we needed. Close enough to everything but out of the hectic downtown area. There was enough space for 2 cars in the drive way and a shovel was provided. Communication was quick and effective and the entire check in process was easy. Loved every part of the trip which was made whole by this cozy home

Very cozy

The host responded quickly on all questions. She allowed us to add another day even with early access. The house was very clean with coffee, creamer, sugar and spices available for our use. We will be returning to Buffalo in the summer and hope this place is available for our stay.

Buffalo shopping weekend

Great location. Close to lots of outlet shopping and malls. Home was cozy and warm and clean and we loved having our own space to hang out and dine in.

We loved this house!

We stayed here while visiting our daughter for Family Weekend at the University at Buffalo. This house was perfect and fit all our needs. This cute and cozy home had enough space for myself, my husband and my two teenage sons. The house is about 10 minutes to/from the University which was perfect with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Check in was seamless and there was no need to contact the owner during our stay. We are so glad we found this place and will likely stay again in the future.

A lovely weekend at a wonderful Air B&B

We enjoyed our annual shopping trip to the US. After a busy day of sightseeing and shopping, it’s just so lovely to come back to our little home away from home. We were so close to everything and our host was so accommodating with suggestions re where to dine and where to visit. We consider ourselves so lucky to have found this charming home!

Girl's Shopping weekend

We stayed at this property for a Girls shopping trip, we were 6 women over the age of 30. All communication with the property owner was smooth and fast. Overall the stay was good but the house needs a good clean and better upkeep. For example it requires a deep clean, there were dust bunnies and spider webs throughout the house. It needs a better lock for the front doors in order to feel a bit safer. It would greatly benefit from a reno in the upstairs bathroom, and possibly new mattresses. Although the stay was good, we probably would not stay there again.

Nice little place

This house was perfect for our week in Buffalo. Cute, beds were comfortable and had what we needed. I would agree that it could use a little more tlc with the cleaning (it was not dirty, just dust bunnies) and the downstairs bathroom was pretty small but nothing we couldn't work with. We'd stay again
