Fantastic stay for our family of 5, including two toddlers. We'd like to add a few things that the listing doesn't necessarily show:
- The closets are HUGE and will easily fit luggage/extra items. They do not have air returns, so it wouldn't be a great option for a pack and play.
- This property will require some minor toddler-proofing...we didn't use the glass dining table, moved some of the decorative art pieces, and relocated the puzzles/games so the pieces wouldn't go missing.
- "Partial ocean view" is an undersell! You easily have a wide ocean view (adjacent buildings do occupy the far north and south ends of the view) from the main living area, kitchen, and bedrooms.
- We brought our double jogger stroller and it fit through the front door without folding.
- This unit is adjacent to the elevator and stairs, which made for easy access getting in/out with our kids. Noise from foot traffic was minimal.
- The main walking/bike path through Palmetto Dunes runs right outside the building. Easy on/off with young kids.
- Same goes with pool and beach access. No need to drag everything down in the morning. We could easily return to the property for snacks/lunch if needed.
- Communication from management was timely. Their emails/texts contain the information you need to know and nothing extra. They are also very responsive to answer questions. We had a maintenance issue upon checking in and the staff responded almost immediately.
We happily would book this property again!
