Vårt hantverkarhem från 1930-talet ligger i hjärtat av fem punkter, en av de mest eftertraktade stadsdelarna i Aten! Trädkantade och tysta gator ligger nära handlingen av fem poäng restauranger, kaféer, kaféer och mer. Gå till sanford stadion på speldagen! Två sovrum (vardera med en drottning) och två badrum ger bekvämt boende för upp till 4 personer. Öppet, uppdaterat, välfylldt kök, frukostkrog, formell matplats, rymligt vardagsrum och två verandor att välja mellan för att koppla av på kvällen - fronten erbjuder gungstolar och den skärmad verandan erbjuder gott om sittplatser för att njuta av företaget. Southern charm at its best!

The property has lots of amenities to offer. Enjoy the silence while you drink your coffee on the side porch or rock on the front porch. Comfy beds and pillows so get ready to sleep deep. Kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. We felt relaxed here and got to meet several of the neighbors. Safe place to take kids and pets. We will be back!

Wonderful House

What a wonderful Gem!

This is our second time staying at this wonderful property! This home is walkable to great restaurants and the stadium for gameday. Neighborhood is quiet and the screened porch on this house makes it extra enjoyable to listen to the birds read a book. Vicki is a wonderful host! You won’t go wrong choosing to stay here. Wonderful stay!

Gorgeous

Even though we were in Athens on business, staying in this beautiful home felt like we were on vacation. It is one of the most comfortable homes we’ve had the pleasure of staying. The location is superb, the hosts are very kind and the yard is heaven for a dog. If it was possible we would have given more than 5 stars

Beautiful Property

Wonderful older home with lots of character. Lovely side screened porch and large front porch. Charming neighborhood…we loved our stay. Owner was extremely helpful in finding some resources we needed in the area. This home would always be my first choice to stay in when visiting Athens!

Charming home in the perfect Athens location.

We had the pleasure of staying in this 5 points home during a construction project at our house. This home is very charming and was a lovely respite for our family. Every amenity we needed we found there and the screened in porch and front porch were our favorites! It is thoughtfully and well restored. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. The hosts were very accessible and responsive. We loved our 5 points in-town "vacation"!

UGA vs USC game

We stayed for a football game extended weekend. The accommodations were perfect. The serenity of the neighborhood was relaxing. Vicki was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.

Excellent in every way!

This house is absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. The rooms are all very spacious with high ceilings. And the outdoor spaces are practically as clean as the inside. We loved getting to bring our dog for the weekend to celebrate our UGA daughter’s birthday. But you would never know another dog had ever been there. Vicki was very attentive and kind. Great location, too!

167 Highland Terrace

This is a must rent property! The home is absolutely fabulous. The owner (Ms. Vicki) was so very nice and made sure our stay was the best. The location is with minutes of everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Not sure when we will return to Athens, GA but 167 Highland Terrace will be our first choice of place to stay.

Sweet In-Town Retreat

Everything about this house is wonderful. The location, the yard, the porches - all of it. My husband and I live in Atlanta and wanted something that felt like home while we worked in Athens for the weekend. This was it! We slept well, brought our dogs, had a couple of friends join us, and it really made the things extra special having somewhere like this to stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us - I would come back!

The home and the setting are beautiful and serene. Spotless, perfectly maintained and updated home with great areas to sit and visit and comfy beds. The outdoor porch set amongst beautiful trees was our favourite. The owner was so friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend .

LOVED this property. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from the game and sorority houses and great food choices. Beautiful front porch and screen side porch. Enjoyed visiting our daughter at UGA and having her stay with us. Cannot wait to stay again!

Perfect Athens house

Best Place in Athens

We were there for my granddaughter's graduation from Law School and had a wonderful time - house is amazing - has everything you could ever need - felt like we were at home. Neighborhood is so convenient and nice - good place to walk. Owners were great - can not say enough good things about our experience there - we made lots of good memories.

While not on-site, we can be available for any questions during your stay. We'd love to recommend some of our favorite places in Athens for dining, grocery shopping, live music, etc!
