Comfort! Comfort! Comfort! A perfect home for a family reunion!

I and three of my siblings (all senior citizens) came from MA to visit our eldest brother who is very ill. We needed a "home away from home" to simply be together as a family. This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect in every way. Our brother was able to visit each day. There was a bedroom/bath on the first floor where he could nap and freshen up. Since we were not going to restaurants, the kitchen was of utmost importance. It is perfectly laid out with the stove directly across from the sink so I was able to prep at the sink and keep an eye on what I was preparing on the stove at the same time. There are sufficient cooking pans and utensils as well as very nice tableware. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably but there were only 6 of us for dinner each evening so we had plenty of room. The living room had amazing soft leather furniture and was the place our family spent our afternoons reminiscing. When you are away from home the beds MUST be comfortable. The beds here were so comfy we all slept straight through the night. Although we did not swim, the pool is very inviting and the cleanest I have seen. Although I don't play pool, my brothers enjoyed playing each day. I would most definitely recommend this property.

Great Owner and Large House

The house was much larger than expected, the pictures did not do it justice. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out throughout the home. The owner is very outgoing and is on top of any communication needed. The neighborhood is nice, clean, and close to a park for a nice stroll or kids to play. Amenities throughout the house are pretty minimal such as kitchen appliances, towels, and TP. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Late Winter Vacation

Our stay at this location was enjoyable, so close to everything! Spring Training ball games, food, golf, shopping, and hiking, which we did all of these. The house presents itself that it sleeps 10 but it really sleeps 8, the other two had to sleep on the couches. The back yard was very nice with a pool, and a small seating area. Wish they had some lounge chairs or a table/chairs so we all could enjoy the pool and the back yard more. Coming from the cold weather, we wanted to spend more time together outside, but there wasn't enough seating to be together. The kitchen was set up nicely with all the comforts of home, and a washer and dryer which was great. The beds were comfortable. One petty thing that is not a deal breaker but they had a Keurig coffee maker and with 10 adults that drink coffee, would have preferred a coffee pot, but they did have coffee at the house. Getting into the house and leaving was super easy, and if I had any questions Sargis responded quickly.
