Guest will have access including 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, laundry, kitchen nook, dining room, living room, fire pit, fenced back yard, front yard, shed, and more. Parking is in the driveway.
Getting Around:
The home is on an easily accessible street with ample street and 2 driveway parking spots. A short walk to a park and ride that will take you anywhere you want to go, or a longer stroll/bike ride to downtown Kirkland waterfront. There are walking bridges over the 405 to take you there.
Other Things to Note:
This unit is one of two separate private units in the home. Perfect for two couples, parents with kids, or a group. 2 beds and can sleep up to 6 with a brand new sofa bed in the living room.
