Great house, great location

Property was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The location was great close to super market, pharmacies and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

Lovely home!

Just returned home from staying at this lovely home for 10 days. Close to pool and tennis courts. Highly recommend the restaurant Fish On which is within walking distance in the community.

Nice property, nice area

This was the third year we stayed there. We enjoyed it every time. It’s nice that the pool is only a short walk away and if you want to go to the beach it is only a short drive away. A grocery store, drug store and a few restaurants are all in the neighborhood.

Wonderful

Very nice neighborhood...quiet and comfortable stay. Beaches and shops were not far away..very convenient! The kids and adults all enjoyed playing tennis and pool time. Very cherished memories! Would do it again!

Nice place

Property sits a block from the pool. Half block from tennis courts, .2 miles to super market and pharmacy plus it is nicely maintained. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Nice place to spend a family location. Owner responds promptly to messages.

Awesome Vacation

This home is absolutely perfect for our family. My grandson is three and he is a tuff cookie. He felt right at home in the room with a crib. Which was a big relief for all of us. :) Looking forward to next year!!!

Perfect getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spacious with comfortable bedrooms. Good communication with owner, very responsive. The location of the house was a great neighborhood with easy access to bike trails and beaches. The neighborhood and overall region did a great job with following precautions for Covid. We felt very safe shopping and ordering take out from the local businesses.

Great house, great location in Five Points

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in this lovely house. The house has a lot of space, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The grill on the outside patio was in almost new condition, and it worked very well. The most amazing thing about this house is how close it is to the tennis courts and swimming pool, which are easy to access. The owner is very nice and is responsive. We hope to stay here again.

Best Lewes House We've Stayed At By Far (out of 7-8)

We've stayed at 7-8 homes in Lewes over the years and this one is by far the best. Will definitely look to stay again next year. We had our family of 5 (3 kids ages 2-10) and grandparents for a week and it is a perfect and incredibly spacious setup (grandparents on first floor, 3 BRs upstairs. A block from a great pool and tennis, less than 10min. to Lewes, walking distance to the grocery store, bike path, and a few restaurants, nice yard and back porch, ample toys and games, good crib, all the kitchen amenities, Rokus on every TV....

Great location

Excellent location in Villages of Five Points, very close to tennis/pickle ball courts, pool and village center. Spacious home. Kitchen well supplied but could use organization (probably to be expected with new tenants each week). Owner very responsive to questions that arose. Nice to have play equipment in garage and games in closet.

Nice house, good location, 2 large bedrooms plus 2 small ones, cleaning was disappointing(trash baskets weren't empty dirty laundry left under bed), lock on front door was damaged making it inconvenient to use.

Nice Community Home

Home was nice. Plenty of room. Great distance to pool and beach. We found the mattresses on the King bed upstairs too firm. The twin mattress should be upgraded. Kitchen was very nice with newer appliances. Would have liked a regular toaster and frying pans that were not shedding the non stock coating to cook with.
