Very Nice Place

Great house and location. Very clean and comfortable. Appliances, furniture and beds are all newer and high quality. Screen porch and nice backyard. Perfect place for a couple or family. One bathroom could be a limiting factor for more than one couple. Big kitchen table for gathering. TV's in den, and every bedroom and the wifi works great. No complaints!

Amazing property

This is such a great find!!! The host is wonderful, the house has everything you could want. Great neighborhood and close to the interstate if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

This is a very comfortable home in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Michelle, our host, responds quickly whenever you have questions. This was our 2nd two week stay at this property and would definitely book there again when visiting the Atlanta area.

I could Live there in a VRBO for the reasons below:

Beautiful. Amazingly well stocked big kitchen and house is well stocked in general. Very well maintained. I could live there and leave all my worldly possessions behind! Location is 5 minutes to Publix, and to I-75 entrance/exit. Mostly I visited my daughter via I 75 , Exit 252 to 258 and took 12-15 minutes. Is near midtown and Buckhead. I was able to avoid most of the annoying Atlanta traffic by staying on I 75 when possible, and timing direction of busy traffic flows, or rerouting without highways. Michelle is kind and considerate. You could not ask for a better host. I've stayed there twice, once for 5 months and once for 2 months. And it was perfect for me and my 2 well behaved dogs. I found it peaceful and relaxing and convenient. Location is near the most beautiful parts of Atlanta, when you want to avoid highways, And several Whole Foods nearby! Other VRBO's I've stayed in are not necessarily as good as this one.

Great little place

This was a great location for us. I had surgery in Atlanta and this was a perfect recovery home. It is a quiet neighborhood that is safe. Its close to grocery, restaurants, spas. Anything you need is here. The bed is so comfortable you just sink into it! I would highly recommend this rental.

Underwood Hills escape

A cozy home with a nice yard and private deck in a lovely quiet neighborhood hidden in the middle of Atlanta with optimal access to all parts of the city and within a few short minutes to almost anything.

Couldn’t be happier!

10/10 for this property. It was exactly what I expected based on photos and communications with the host were seamless. If you’re looking to stay close to the city and want a little more room than just a condo/apartment, this is the place to book. Quiet neighborhood and very easy to get to everything around you.

Perfect Size!

We loved this little 2/1 house. So often on these sites the homes are way bigger than we need. It was perfect for the 2 of us plus our lil Maltipoo :) Loved the enclosed back yard with deck too! Close to everything & nice neighborhood. Thank you 😊

Safe and easy access to downtown

We went to a Braves game and a few parks. About 15 minutes from the stadium. Was clean, convenient and allowed our dog to stay.

Owner Cancelled Hours Before Stay

I had to call owner to get check in information at which point she informed me, hours before my stay, that she would have to cancel because the air conditioner was out.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. House had a great floorplan. It was adequately equipped with everthing you might need. Owner responded very quickly to all our needs and questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home base in Atlanta

Great home tucked into a super convenient neighborhood for exploring Atlanta. Close to good restaurants and breweries and quick to get to highways. The house was easy to work and live in. We brought our dog and he loved lounging on the back deck and screened in back porch.

Disappointed

My husband and I are in Atlanta to care for my son who is inpatient at Grady Trauma Center. We hoped to find a clean, quiet and safe neighborhood to come home to after spending all day, every day, in the hospital. This property hit 2 out of 3. The home didn’t appear to have been cleaned in weeks. There was dust, animal and human hair everywhere. The dirty carpet scattered about didn’t help either. The bathtub was so clogged we stood in water while showering. This issue appears to have been happening prior to our arrival as there was a bottle of drano in the laundry room. That did nothing to clear the clogged drain. We were so busy running back and forth to the hospital we didn’t bother to add these issue to our already stressful days. We would have liked to have rented an additional week as my son still hasn’t been discharged however he couldn’t bare to stay another night. The owner was very nice and accommodating however this property needs a lot of TLC before hosting any other guests.
