The location is perfect for all things Charlotte especially downtown. The rooms are big and comfy, the kitchen has beautiful appliances, the common areas are roomy and perfect for gathering. The neighborhood is wonderful. A cute little wind bar/grocer close by. An alarm system an added plus. Great security. Room for a lot.of.people. Great extras. The host/owner was VERY KIND. Even let us borrow a steamer. 10 stars out of 10. You will not be disappointed staying at this lovely home.

Excellent stay in a great location

Chris' house was very clean and located in a great part of town that is very close to nearby breweries and restaurants. There is even a cute little wine and cheese shop right next door! The check in process was easy and Chris was easy to communicate with. There is plenty of space for a large group of people and the house is in great condition. It would be helpful to have more kitchen supplies like cutlery, cups, and plates, but we made it work after a quick nearby grocery run. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely

We had no mechanical or appliance issues.Some air vents whistle, loudly! tough to converse beneath them. Over all, we felt comfortable and safe.We'd definitely return to this property if we're back in the area.Great location, easily accessible from town and highways, Spacious and clean home.

Beautiful house!

This house was great for our group of 7 adults. Beautifully built with high coffered ceilings and huge living areas and master bedroom and bath. Comfortable beds! The owner came out and fixed a clogged sink and left us wine because the outdated listing had mentioned that wine would be provided. The VRBO listing hadn't been updated to show that the wine/alcohol was no longer offered. Chris was very responsive and helpful! Two easy-to-fix suggestions would be to update the provided towels and also to perhaps relocate/remove the miscellaneous items that are around the house but not for the renters use. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable at this beautiful place! We also really loved the little wine and cheese place next door! We ordered a beautiful charcuterie board from them and got some great wine. Super convenient to just walk over and get what we needed there! All-in-all we would definitely rent here again if we are ever back in the Charlotte area!

Great location!

We had a great time. The location was great. Easy to get into the city. There is a wine bar next door to the house that was really nice. If we m ever back in Charlotte I would definitely stay again. Host was really responsive which made getting in and out easy.

Great place and host

Place was adequate to host a large group of people (16). Everything was in order and a great neighborhood. There were few coffee pods and some tea bags. Chris was a great host and even had some water and soda in the refrigerator. Only comment would be to have more coffee mugs and hope Chris is able to get few mugs.

Excellent Home and Host

This house was beautiful and very spacious. The check in and checkout process was outstanding. When we travel normally have to run out several times to walmart for cleaning supplies, food seasonings, and etc. But not with this home it had everything you need. We will definitely be coming back and also recommend this home to everyone we knowing coming to Charlotte. I forgot to add this location was close to some great restaurants, stores, and hangout spots. Chris you are the best host hands down and we have traveled and stayed at several properties in different states. No one compares to you.
