Location was perfect for a quiet girl’s trip. The condo is steps from the beach which was our number one priority. Mike was a fabulous host! Highly recommend.

What a fantastic trip! The condo was exactly as advertised, with the ocean just steps from the back deck. Mike was communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the time leading up to our rental. We didn't feel the need to purchase access to the Palm Cay Club during our week there, as the beach directly in front of the condo was every bit as beautiful as the one by the clubhouse. We did rent a car and were very glad we did, as it made exploring the island much easier.We would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone visiting Nassau and would love to return!

Thank you Ben. This is a lovely summary. I agree about the car for some or all of . It can be difficult at times to get taxis and having your own car gives you independence. One can rent cars here at Palm Cay. Thank you again and hope to see again a you one day.

We had a great stay at Mike’s place - the beach right next to the house is beautiful and water is really calm which was perfect for my two young kids. Palm cay is a really nice area, and we took advantage of the new pickleball courts too. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing beach vacation!

Mike is the best and his outstanding written guide explaining the who, what, when and why for our stay was right on target. Everything you need was there! The best part - incredible view of the sunrise and the water is exactly 64 steps off the deck. BTW outstanding grill and lounge chair seating and table for six on the deck. Thanks Mike! The Millers

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and Mike who we booked with. To walk out the the back door and 10 steps off the back deck to be on the beach looking at the beautiful Caribbean water is nothing short of magical. The property was very up to date and clean. All the kitchen amenities, half bath, laundry, kitchen table and living area on the first floor made it perfect for the active common space and backdoor beach access. 2nd floor had the master and a great kids room both with their own full bathrooms and the 3rd floor two more great rooms and shared full bathroom. Mike was super responsive and made check in and out a breeze. He had so many good recommendations from take out options, to restaurants, to grocery and liquor store and was always quick to answer any questions we might have. Palm Cay itself is also a hidden gem. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise and resort/hotel area to make for the perfect beach get away. Multiple pool options which were great for our two young kids to switch back and forth between with the beach/ocean. We will for sure book again with Mike next time we visit the Bahamas!

This property was absolutely amazing! The accommodations were well appointed. The beds and common indoor and outdoor furniture were extremely comfortable. The proximity to beach and water was exactly what we were looking for in our Bahamas rental. The quiet environment and beautiful views made our trip. We also enjoyed the proximity to the resort beach, pool, dining, and gym. Our host Mike was very responsive and had an amazing book that answered all of our questions. We followed his instructions for buying fresh fish at the local market and cooked it ourselves for a delicious dinner! We hope to book again!! Thank you!

That is a terrific review Elizabeth. I really appreciate hearing about the less visible things we have got going here and certainly Montague is a great one to highlight. We but our lobsters and fish there and the vendors are so helpful and surprising. It’s very colorful. Thank you for the extra insight and please let me know when you plan to return!!

Beautiful Palm Cay

This beautiful home is directly on the beach. The views are amazing and the water is calm, clear and warm. The resort is literally 100’ away so very convenient to grab food, beverages or just relax by the pool. We had a great time!

It’s all about the location! Right on the beach next to the other resort facilities, but we stayed in our spot on the beach. All the rooms were well sized, comfortable beds, everything very clean. Kitchen had all amenities we needed. Mike kindly stocked our fridge. We loved it!Only feedback was that the master bathroom had some loose cupboard door, rusted handle and hinges probably due to salt water. All other bathrooms looked well taken care of.We would rent this place again.

Beautiful beach front

Location was perfect and the Villa was exactly as promised. Mike was a great host and very responsive to any needs or requests. I highly recommend this property, its clean and updated with all that anyone would need on vacation.

Amazing place & location!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Mike’s place for a 40th birthday trip and enjoyed every minute! It was incredible to walk right onto the beach from the back door and to have a cafe and restaurant so close by. The home was clean and well appointed, and the welcome guide was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely go back!
