Jag kallar det min lyckliga plats. Njut av en avslappnad semester njut av ljudet av vågorna och lukten av stranden. Perfekt boende för en familjesemester eller en gateway. Vacker strandlägenhet med direkt tillgång till stranden och gemensamma utrymmen med pool, lusthus och lekplats för barn. Beläget 15 minuter från Walmart och ett huvud köpcentrum med foodcourt och välkända butiker. Jag rekommenderar definitivt en biluthyrning.

Great vacay!

This community was a great place to stay. It is gated and safe. It is central to all the main activities, San Juan, ferry to Culebra, and El Yunque rain forest. Be aware there will be driving!! If you stay in Luquillo, you will be closer to the ferry and rain forest but farther from San Juan. I recommend figuring out what you are most interested in before you select a place to stay. Best food options are in San Juan.

Beach and pool and sun.

Excellent place. The beach is literally a sixty second walk away. The pool if the sand is not your thing is sixty seconds the other way. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing

My family and I loved this place! It was my nieces’ 1st time in PR and they will never forget it! Waking up to hear and see the ocean everyone morning was a life changing experience for them. Must stay! Will be back again for sure!

Amazing condo with private beach access

We stayed at this condo over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved the location and accommodations. The private beach and pool were highlights for the family. Neither were ever crowded. The property was hard to find with the address listed on VRBO, but we just searched for "Malibu Beachfront Condos" in Google Maps and it took us right there. We would definitely stay here again!

First Visit to Puerto Rico

Staying in Malibu Beachfront Condos in Loíza was the best area we could have chosen to see the entire Island of Puerto Rico and Veiques. But after seeing most of Puerto Rico we could not have been more satisfied with the choice of staying in Loíza. It has the best of beaches, pool, attractions, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves. We also enjoyed the pool!

Very nice condo complex

This condo unit is very nice; it's been updated since the photos were taken. Sandra is a great manager and responded quickly to a couple issues we had. The complex is great and well cared for. Beautiful pool(s). The beach is nice; but the waves are strong. Luquillo Beach 1/2 hour away is much better for swimming. The location of the condo is good for getting to the Rain Forest, Old San Juan and other attractions in PR. We felt completely safe in the surrounding neighborhood. But it is an area that is still recovering from the hurricane. There are not a lot of restaurants choices close by, and the ones that are open have limited days/hours. Walmart is nearby and there's a nice supermarket next to Rosa's Pizza, which is the only restaurant we found that was open all week.

Wonderful Ocean front Views

My family of 4 stayed for a week and we had a great time! This is the best location. The lanai/porch faces the ocean, easy and nearby private beach access as well as being very close to the pool area. There are a lot of sleeping options to fit even more than my 4 people. We will definitely return here.

Our stay was wonderful. The place had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pools were also great. The inside was very spacious and well kept. Everything was as described. We had a great week here.

Beautiful place

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house had been updated from pictures online which was a nice surprise. It’s a second floor condo that I didn’t remember seeing online but was ok. The view is beautiful! The beach was amazing. Not many people were on the beach so it was like having a private beach to ourselves. Nice location to go to San Juan or the rain forest.

Difficulty with check in and cleanliness

We had some issues with our stay, but host was great and made it right. First off, address in VRBO app was incorrect and took us to a location 5 minutes from the actual condo. Then when we got there we did not have check in information or a code for the door. She initially did not answer my phone call but she called back quickly and gave us check in code. Unfortunately, however, the condo had not been cleaned from prior renters. She had another nearly identical condo on property that was clean and not in use and we used that condo instead.

Has everything you need right on property!

Host was very responsive to questions/concerns/needs throughout trip. The place is really lovely and had everything we needed for a week at the beach/pool. The only thing is the kitchen faucet is very powerful so doing the dishes we got soaked. The A/C in bedrooms was such a welcome comfort after long days in the sun!

Ocean stay

We had a little trouble finding it at first, but once we did and got into the complex, everything was very clean well maintained when we got into our apartment. It was very clean. I own a cleaning business, and I checked out everything and it was clean.!! Awesome vacation, great host!

Everything was amazing from the first reach out to the time we checked out! Arrival was super easy. Condo was exactly what it appeared to be. Had lots of items to use, well stocked. Sandra was very available to answer questions for basically anything we asked. Certainly would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay

We had the best time staying at the condo! There was a problem at the very beginning with the lock being broken but Sandra was quick to respond and take care of the issue. We had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and inviting. We loved the balcony and spent many hours out there. I would absolutely recommend staying in this property! The beach was private and perfect.

The ocean is your backyard

Our stay by the ocean was a dream come true in Sandra's place. The location was perfect – with the ocean right in our backyard. The property was well-maintained and clean, with everything needed which made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Sandra was very responsive to our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot, a perfect base to explore the island. We even witness the famous and amazing Loiza St James Festival occurring in the town. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and picturesque escape by the sea.

Great location

We had a great time here. The best part being that the condo is steps away from a swimmable beach. The condo has plenty of room and is just as pictured . Beach towels and beach chairs..ones that were in good condition..were provided. The beach was mostly empty the few days we were here. We didn't really use the pool, but it was clean. We had a couple of issues that Sandra was right on and got fixed or replaced. We have no complaints about this condo or Sandra and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent

The condo was absolutely fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the host had everything there we needed. There was one slight glitch upon arrival and the host was there promptly to resolve the problem. Listening to ocean hitting the beach during the night was wonderful. The beach was great for building sand castles, very private, and the waves were great for playing in. The condo was furnished very well. If I go to Puerto Rico again I definately would stay her again.
