You get what you pay for.

It was a tool shed in the backyard of a house, literally. It was so small, I couldn’t sit down on the bed without hitting my head on the wall. It had a bunch of small appliances along outside wall and some didn’t work, 3 coffee makers. 2 AC units, one was on the floor with a large white tube duct taped out through a window. Full of spiders and webs. It SMELLED terrible of mildew and/or sewage. It was the cheapest room on the island for a reason.

Worked for us

We stayed here with our husky for 3 nights and it worked out nice for us. It was in a convenient location that allowed us to walk to most things and only about 10 minute drive to the beach. It had everything we needed during our stay. This was an affordable pet friendly option for us.

Nice little place

We have stayed at this location two times. Great location and our dog is welcome! I would stay there again. It is small but has everything we need for a mini vacation.

Cute, convenient cottage

The cottage was very clean and just like the listing. It is close to the Chincoteague downtown and only a few minute drive from Assateague Island. We enjoyed our stay

Wonderful location, dog friendly

We love the convenience of the location and having the cottage to ourselves. There is a grassy lot for walking your dogs and it’s close to coffee and ice cream. Friendly host!

Time on the Island

Really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable little cottage. It had everything we needed during our time on the Island. We brought our dog along who seemed to feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Relaxing stay in Chincoteague

After spending 4 nights here I only have positive things to say! There were 3 of us total and space was not an issue. The location of the house is also amazing and hard to beat with most things in walking distance, including a cafe/bakery next door which was very convenient in the mornings! Overall, great location and many amenities included, will definitely be coming back again.
