Jurij is a wonderful host and his property is fantastic! Very well equipped with everything you need and in an excellent location. The pool and lanai are great. The house is in an excellent location; close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We have stayed in Gulf Gate Estates a few times before however this property is the best by far! Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at Jurji’s Seagate property, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need for a family vacation. The pool is fantastic, and the location is unbeatable, as it’s less than 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach!Jurji is also an incredible host. He is extremely accommodating, responsive, and communicative, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need throughout your stay.We absolutely love this property and can’t wait for our next family vacation here. Highly recommend!

Property was nice and clean Pool was great and patio weather had no affect so even in the rain nice place to relax under covered patio Master bedroom off pool was great so great place only few minutes from beach and surrounding activities would recommend to stay in this property and price was good

The property was exceptionally clean. Plenty of room for outside dining and lounging. Pool temp was perfect. Great location for everything that there is to do. Will definitely be going back to this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Siesta Key and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative. They provided everything we needed well before our arrival, including the Wi-Fi password, check-in instructions, and helpful information about the home, which made the entire process seamless.When we arrived, the house was spotless and exactly as described. We noticed one very minor cosmetic issue and let the host know right away. They responded almost immediately, letting us know they were already aware of it, which we really appreciated. Their honesty and quick communication gave us peace of mind.The location was perfect, just about 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and very close to our family who lives in the area. We were very close to all shopping and restaurants which made getting around incredibly convenient.Our kids absolutely loved having the private pool, and one of our favorite features was the child safety fence surrounding it. Since our granddaughter is only one year old, it gave us an extra level of comfort while everyone enjoyed the outdoor space.Overall, this home was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and hosted by someone who truly cares about their guests’ experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Siesta Key!

Wow! Great spacious, well maintained and clean property. Very nice pool, backyard and neighborhood.The checkin process and all communication with the host was beyond outstanding.The covered lanai and pool area invite for hours outdoor protected from mosquitos.We had a blast!

Spring Break Family Vacation

The home and the location and everything the home offers was absolutely perfect we couldn’t have asked for a better host and better accommodations. House was super clean we would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Beach Vacation

This rental was everything we were expecting and asked for. We spent a lot of time in the pool and outdoor area. Property is very close to restaurants and the beach which we loved! We could not have been more happy and look forward to returning again in the future.

Beautiful home

I had a good interaction with the owner throughout the stay with any questions I had. Pool was warm, and house was really nice! I will definitely try to rent this property again!!

Seaview was great

We enjoyed our stay at Seaview! Especially the screened patio/pool area. The location was convenient to the beach and many restaurants including our favorite pizza place, Shaner's! The house was super clean and well appointed. We are hoping to return in the future!!

Great home for a family

This property was wonderful. The pool was inviting and had all the pool toys and floats that your heart would desire. It is perfect for families. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the easy check in and comfortable living space.
