Rymlig nog för hela familjen, ligger detta dubbelvåningshus i en lugn cul-de-sac, i ett lugnt bostadsområde i staden.

Med sitt stora kök, två utomhus däck och en inground pool omgiven av trädgårdar, det finns gott om plats för underhållande eller bara slappna av på varma sommardagar och nätter.

På övervåningen finns:

Was great besides a few issues

The oven does not work which was a shame and lots of leaves in the pool great location it is very Hot inside would be way better with air-conditioning

Don’t stay here . Photos don’t match the house . House was dirty , no fire alarms downstairs. Oven is a accident waiting to happen . We ended up using our camping kitchen to cook and our own plates cups etc…. BBQ had rust and food in it . No curtains in bedroom.

Average but still ok

This is not a bad house to stay at, very roomy, clean, but lacking in so many areas that could make this house so much more, linen for one, who brings there own bedsheets on holidays, should be provided, didn’t expect to pay $120 for bedsheets, a better bbq, felt very unsafe lighting that one, shower heads must be for midgets, I’m 6ft and it was the most uncomfortable shower I’ve ever had, ended sitting on the ground, the pool, nice and large but was filthy on arrival, pool man came and cleaned it but the big tree ruined it in a couple days! Not trying to bag out this house to much, we still had a wonderfull holiday but the price you pay is indicative of what you get!

The property was filthy on arrival. We needed to wash cooking utensils before use. There was dust on sills and other areas that the "cleaners" had missed. The mattress protectors were stained and should have been washed between rentals. They obviously weren't. The deck furniture screws were very loose and thus they were wobbly. The leg on one bed had almost collapsed. When reported it was fixed. There was a large build up of fat in the barbeque which caught fire when we went to use it. Lights in the barbeque area didn't work. We reported that and they replaced one light with one that gave insufficient light. There was a large ice box on the deck that was full of rubbish. The house could have been quite lovely but the level of maintenance overall was very poor to non-existent. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Tree top house

First time at Rainbow beach and we weren’t disappointed. The house was a good base and provided everything that we needed, the pool is nice and big too. The balconies look over to Fraser and Tin Can Bay and you feel like you’re in a treehouse, great views. There was a huge supercell came through when we stayed and it was brilliant watching from the balcony as it rolled in from Tin Can Bay and the West.

Missing basic maintenance

Arrived Saturday late afternoon and place was open for us - excellent. Went to work stove - no piezo working, no indicators as to what gas hotplate you could light as the indicators have all worn off- no gas in lighter provided. Showers in upstairs bathrooms filled to your ankles quickly and did not drain - some black mould at your feet from shower. In Loungeroom insect screens flapped in the wind. Sliding door to veranda upstairs needs new runners as it was off its runner and hard to put back on when we arrived. Downstairs bedroom doors would not close, front gate will not remain open. Pool full of leaves and pool cleaner clogged. Pool scoop riddled with holes. Informed Real Estate on Monday of all the problems and two upstairs bathrooms got unclogged Thursday lunchtime. BBQ full of dripping fat and no piezo working either. We celebrated my son's birthday which helped us try to overlook all the problems but we would not recommend this place until it has basic repairs. Apparently from real estate principal there were tradesmen there all week after we left. Tariff was high, given the problems and size of house did not compensate for broken appliances and unworking basic necessities. Have formally written to real estate and phoned three times for response but they forwarded my report to owner. Still no response from owner some two weeks later and no further follow up from property manager who returned to work yesterday. NOT WORTH THE MONEY but Rainbow Beach is a lovely holiday destination.

Great pool!

Great house and pool. Rainbow beach is a great spot. House a bit away from the Main Street and beach but a quick drive to everything.

girls weekend Coolberry Court

Loved the house, although didn't get an opportunity to use the pool. Another time. You forget you are so far back from the beach with the lovely surrounds. Lots of room to move around.
