family vacation

the property was very clean, and nice it is in a good neighborhood. the communication with the property manager Rosa Minano/Dario was excellent. we had a wonderful time in D.C.

Great place but opportunity for inprovement

I stayed there with 2 families of 4, with 2 tweens in each family. The location, layout and cleanliness was great (and I rarely say that about cleanliness)! My only concerns were: 1. As others noted the kitchen is very basic. We thought the host would have addressed these concerns based on previous reviews but they had not. We had 5 dinner plates even though it is set to sleep 10 so we had to buy paper plates. There is also no baking sheet, oven mits, colander, or cutting board. Those are pretty basic things if you want to cook your food! 2. The parking situation and instructions were horrible!! There are 4 units and 4 parking spots but you have to double park for 2 of them. When we asked the host about the parking they suggested we write a note if we were blocking anyone in. However, they didn’t suggest leaving your contact info if you were the one to be blocked in. We ended up spending 1.5 hours trying to track down owners to get our car out for check out. Clear instructions for all renters would help, but even with that people would have to text and coordinate leaving with multiple strangers. If you aren't bringing a car, don’t worry about this.

Wonderful Accommodations

This property was perfect for our extended family visit to DC for my daughter's college graduation. The entire family felt like the rooms were very large, the living space was comfortable and no one was crowded. We had 10 stay and even the beds for the ones over 6 were relatively comfortable. The Kitchen and Bathrooms were amazing. We were able to cook a nice dinner at home and spend quality time together. The internet speed was good and the location was fine for the most part. The only small issues were low water pressure in the bathrooms accompanying the bedrooms, and one or two electrical outlet's not working. However the host of this home was very good to communicate and provide simple easy to follow instructions to access the home from the front or back parking. Thanks for the wonderful home experience in DC.

Perfect for multi family stay

Clean and fresh apartment. 3 large bedrooms each with a full bath. Half bath near the full kitchen. Apartment is perfect for a family or group of friends. Parking spot in back of property was easy for load in and. It having to worry about parking. Initial communication before check in wasn’t great but once I reached out to Vrbo they connected us. Overall, excellent

VRBO refuses to listen and act

Four days into renting this property, my brother died. VRBO never responded to my calls asking out of the stay with a refund of my money. The host said that they would refund the money but VRBO prevented them from doing so. The neighborhood was dangerous. Every night, we had to walk by a group of 10 men who were smoking marijuana. On one occasion, a dog owned by a member of this group bit my son in law. He had to get rabies shots. What kind of an operation are you running?

Nice 3 bedroom condo in great neighborhood short walk from metro

Spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms was nice. Decent walk to bus/subway. About 30-40 minutes to National Mall area. Decent Neighborhood. If you're planning to use the kitchen, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING as there's not much there.

Fantastic property

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the house was. Very convenient for our conference. Plenty of room for all 4 of us. Everything is brand new! If you are looking, you will absolutely love this property. I would highly recommend it. The only caution is parking is tight so if you use uber or Lyft like we did, it could not have been any better. Thank you.

Comfortable and convenient condo

This is a very nice, clean and well maintained condo. There is a full bath with each bedroom, plus a half bath near the living area. Plenty of room for relaxing. We were able to walk to several wonderful restaurants. It’s a fun and diverse area. Parking worked well for us over a weekend. There are two off street parking spaces with this condo, but both were full when we arrived. The building appears to house at least three condos. Street parking was spotty, but we were able to park four cars quite close to the building, so just be prepared to search and maybe move your car(s) if something closer opens up. The listing says you can sleep 10, but I think that would be a stretch. It was just right for our group of 7. I would recommend this condo.
