LA 69 Holiday Home ligger inom räckhåll från Harare centrum och är en trevlig och uppdaterad egendom med smakfullt inredda och utrustade 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, ett stort kök, en matsal, ett vardagsrum och en sluten veranda med inbyggt bar. Huset har en välskött trädgård med blommiga stenar, fruktträd och en blomstrande grönsaksträdgård. Det finns en bosatt vaktmästare och en gästsupportassistent som hjälper till att ta hand om gästernas behov.
Olika bekvämligheter och säkerhetsutrustning har installerats inklusive säkerhetskopierad solenergi, borrhål vatten, Wi-Fi, DSTV, säkerhetsbelysning, elektriskt staket och inbrottslarm. Vi håller också en maxi-cab (5-sits) pickup i huset och det finns att hyra för intresserade gäster.

So, let me begin. I am the managing host for LA 69 Holiday Home which is a family owned property located in Belvedere, west of Harare City Centre in Zimbabwe. I live with my family in England. I am a Management and Development Consultant by profession with working experience in over 18 countries across the world. A Pan-Africanist and global citizen, I have lived in four countries assimilating different cultures, learning new languages and building strong professional and personal relationships.
In my work, I have travelled through dense mangrove forests in Papua New Guinea, been covered by the harmattan fog in Northern Nigeria and explored ancient Roman ruins in Tunisia. I have met with national and traditional leaders, government ministers and senior public servants, judges, emirs, senior clergy and chief executives of private and civil society organisations, as well as thousands of professional staff and ordinary citizens.
I enjoy my role as a holiday home host and what really motivates me is the opportunity to serve guest of every nature and background and to ensure that their needs for a quiet and comfortable holiday stay are well met. Varför värden valde detta boende
LA 69 is a private residence which we have made available as a self-service holiday home for individuals and families visiting Harare, Zimbabwe. The house is located in a quiet and secure area within a few minutes’ drive from the Harare City Centre. It is in an ethnically mixed neighbourhood with a significant Asian population. Within the neighbourhood are several colleges and training centres, two large shopping centres, the national sports stadium and various large centres of worship for different religions and denominations.
The house has three bedrooms including a main en-suite, a large lounge, separate dining room, large kitchen with built-in cupboards and an enclosed veranda which functions as an entertainment room with a fully fitted traditional bar. The sliding doors can be opened to provide an open veranda atmosphere particularly on hot summer days.
Outside the house, is a two-roomed domestic workers’ quarters where the caretaker resides. There is a paved driveway leading to a single open car-port. The house sits on land of approximately three-quarters of an acre in size and has a large garden with many features including well-flowered rockeries, bushes, hedges and borders and garden lights. There is an abundance of trees including prolific fruit trees such as mangoes and avocados. There is also a vegetable garden at the back.
The house is served by a prolific borehole which provides clean water. The house is also equipped with solar back-up power system providing you with full lights and limited electrical power in the event of national power grid failure. There is a solar geyser which provides hot water at all times.
