NAIADES BEACH VILLA MED POOL

Bara byggd 2018, "NAIADES Villa" ligger vid den pittoreska och idylliska Ballos Bay. Det är utformat för att erbjuda en lyxig, avslappnad semester, med inomhus och utomhus områden bekväma terrasser och däck samt rymliga, avslappnade inomhus levande utrymmen fullt utrustade med alla bekvämligheter.
Villa har 4 sovrum, 4 badrum, privat pool, fantastisk havsutsikt, gott om plats, det är två minuters promenad till stranden och 10 minuters bilresa från hamnen i Tinos och max 20 minuters bilresa från byarna runt ö.
Det finns också stort vardagsrum med bekväma soffor och matbord för 8 personer och stora terrasser med matbord för 8 personer under pergola och privat parkering.
Sandstranden har paraplyer och du kan tillbringa dagen där och njuta av vacker traditionell grekisk mat på Ballos tavern.
Det finns också dykskola på stranden.
Tillgången till fastigheten är ganska lätt genom huvudvägen från hamnen, kör med västriktning med havet på vår vänstra hand och vi följer skyltarna till BALLOS BEACH. Det finns stor parkeringsplats och det finns staket längs hela tomten.

Three generations of our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Oreos seaside villa! Anna and her husband were incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful. We were welcomed to the home, greeted by the owner, and given a list of good places to visit in Tino’s .. they also brought us fruits and vegetables, which we greatly enjoyed . They also brought us a bottle of wine . They were always available to answer questions . The home was beautiful and a walk from the beach . I am thankful for their hospitality and would live to visit again ..

Beautiful villa overlooking Med, adjacent to a secluded beach with restaurant and bar. Anna our host provided excellent recommendations for Tinos attractions and restaurants.. Faultless. Would highly reccommend.

Great stay!

Anna was a terrific host. Lots of good information and generous hospitality. The house is exactly as advertised and lovely. The beach, a short walk down the hill, was very nice too, with great facilities (10 euro a day per person, worth it). And we very much enjoyed Tinos. Be prepared for challenging driving — which for me was lots of fun. Steep and winding narrow roads climbing up mountains. Breathtaking scenery. The whole family had a great time.

A lovely relaxing week

We had a lovely relaxing week on Tinos, staying in Õrmos Seaside Villas with our four children. Tinos is a beautiful island with extremely welcoming and friendly people. The villa was perfect for our family. You can drive anywhere on the island within about 20 minutes, although the roads are a little scary! The pool is small, but the children loved it. The sea is a 2 minute walk away, just make sure you're fit and healthy, it's quite steep! Anna, the host, was excellent at communicating and extremely helpful. The villa itself is a good size, with a nice kitchen and sitting area which is great for chilling out. The outside has a well positioned table where you can eat while gazing out at the sea and Syros beyond. We can highly recommend!

An unforgettable holiday

Tinos is an enchanted island. We were greeted by Anna upon our arrival with a beautiful smile, helpfulness and professionalism. The villa is splendid, in the perfect style of the island. Perfect cleaning, beautiful and very nice furnishings. The kitchen equipped with everything you need. Waking up in the morning with a sea view like the one the villa offers is magnificent! Every morning a person comes to clean the pool and outdoor patio. With a few steps on foot you arrive in a wonderful cove served with umbrellas and a very good restaurant. I recommend visiting the whole island because each point is a discovery. An unforgettable holiday for me and my family! If you are lucky you will meet Petros, a huge pelican who walks undisturbed through the streets of Tinos! Beautiful Tinos, beautiful Greece, splendid its inhabitants!

We loved it here

As a party of 8, with age ranges from 11 to 66 years, this Villa really worked for us and gave us everything we wanted and needed. Anna and her family were very helpful, kind and generous hosts and helped make our stay the best it could possibly be. The Villa is exactly as it is in the photographs and descriptions. The rooms are all nicely proportioned and spacious, the beds extremely comfortable and everything is provided to make this a very enjoyable and practical place to stay. One room doesn’t have air conditioning but a fan is provided. The pool, which is lit at night, was a real highlight and was loved by every single one of our party. The views are beautiful, the closeness to the beach is fantastic and the walk down is charming and takes about 2 minutes. It is a lovely beach with great swimming and a popular and upmarket beach bar. Don’t worry about the comments in another review about the road, it is steep, but you soon get used to it. The Villa is really well placed for access to all the villages and beaches and Tinos Chora is about 10 minutes drive. We all really loved it here.

Fantastic stay at Anna’s villa!

My family and I stayed at the villa for one week in August. It was a beautiful villa in a fantastic location (five min walk to the most lovely beach!) Anna was extremely generous and hospitable, always bringing us gifts and providing us with fantastic recommendations. The house was immaculate and cool (excellent air con!). We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for the best holiday!

Super Haus, blöde Lage

Die Villa an sich ist ein Super Objekt. Die Aussicht genial. Leiser ist die Straße dorthin die reinste Katastrophe. Mit einem normalem wagen nicht zu empfehlen. Abgesehen davon ist der Strand zwar in Sichtweite man muss aber eine lange strecke bergab laufen und diese auch natürlich irgendwann auch wieder hoch laufen. Strandnah ist für mich was anderes. Wir sind direkt wieder abgereist weil wir diese Strapazen nicht täglich antuen wollten. Da war sich die Gruppe von 7 Leuten einstimmig einig. Wir mussten was neues buchen.

I highly recommend this villa!!

This villa was perfect in so many ways, the location was beautiful with great views and easy access down to the beach on foot. The house was a good size, very clean, well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and not too small. Anna, the host, was the kindest person, very quick to respond to enquiries and full of great information about the island. I definitely recommend this villa.

Moderne Villa mit traumhaftem Blick

Die Villa ist in modernem Stil, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick aus jedem Zimmer in die Bucht und aufs Meer ist beeindruckend. Das Haus ist sauber und es gibt ausreichend Bett- und Handtücher. Der Pool wird täglich betreut. Alle zur Verfügung gestellten Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei, in jedem Raum ist ein Fliegenschutz als Schiebgitter angebracht. In einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Leider musste die Taverne in der Bucht einer schicken Bar mit teuren Strandliegen und einem Restaurant weichen. Das Meer ist trotzdem herrlich und sauber. Der Meltemi im August bläst stetig und manchmal auch sehr stark. Die Insel bietet herrliche Sandstrände und weniger Rummel als in Mykonos.

Vacances Tino 2019

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables sur cette île magnifique de Tinos. La population est adorable et accueillante. Un véritable havre de paix en juillet. Anna et sa famille nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement avec de nombreux produits locaux. Tout le nécessaire dans la villa était là pour un confort maximal.Maison climatisée très propre, spacieuse, très bien agencée et joliment décorée avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Une plage aménagée dans une petite crique au calme avec un restaurant très bon et un personnel très aimable se trouve en contrebas et facile d’accès. Endroit très calme idéal pour famille. Merci à Anna de la part de nous tous !

La casa che vorresti

Una splendida casa con vista mare che ti invita a rimanere ore a guardarlo seduto in terrazza, davanti alla piscina. Facile accesso alla bella spiaggia attrezzata, 4 stanze ciascuna con il proprio bagno e finemente curata, cucina spaziosa ed attrezzatissima. La nostra ospite Anna è stata gentilissima, prodiga di consigli su cosa vedere a Tinos e dove mangiare. Molto efficiente il servizio di manutenzione. Conclusione: consigliatissimo!
