Nice little condo, sufficient for all our basic needs. Randy was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We really enjoyed the balcony with nice views both North and South and beautiful sunrises. The room is right near the elevators which was very convenient. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus for me. Just about a mile to the Sky Wheel and main Boardwalk. Very nice walkway that starts just North of the building. It is a family friendly resort with multiple pools, hot tubs and lots of lounge chairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ocean Front

Ocean front condo - beautiful sunrises! Owner is very responsive. Check in and check out was so easy. Close to 2nd Ave pier. We had a wonderful time. Several places to eat - 7th Ave cafe great for breakfast all day, drafts sports bar excellent and wicked Tuna on the pier has some delicious options. Young teens loved the Family kingdom amusement park and the pools, lazy River etc at the resort. Quiet area.

Great place to unwind and relax. Room was great, had everything we needed. Property clean, the pools / pool area always clean. Staff friendly. Owner made check in/out easy, always answered questions quickly. Definitely recommend this property.

Great place to spend a month on the Ocean for 2.

My Husband and I came for a month, some family joined for a wk too which was great. Resort atmosphere with pools, hot tubs too right on the ocean is perfect to share with family of all ages. Kitchen is small but workable. Would recommend! Enjoy!

The stay and the Facility was very nice and conveniently accessible to a lot of attractions.

The property was very clean and smelled really good throughout the hallways and elevators. There was not a long wait for the elevators.

Wonderful time!

My friends and I have been doing an annual girls trips for the last 10 years and this was the perfect place for this years trip! We had everything we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze!! We will definitely be booking again!! <3

This place is perfect for two people. Great view. Needs a bit of vent cleaning to remove dust. It was nice to have a dryer. The only complaint about the complex is having to park across street. Thank you.

Great Stay at The Sandy Beach

Condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The Sandy Beach is VERY well kept and convenient to everything. Check-in took 30 seconds. I was pleasantly surprised to find a supply of trash bags, bathroom tissue and paper towels and a good supply of bath towels. We had everything we needed - even found some beach toys in the closet in the bedroom! My son loved the Murphy bed in the living room (he'd never seen one) and I loved the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We actually used the couch and Murphy bed so we could hear the ocean all night so never slept in the bedroom! The owner, Randy, was very responsive to any text or e-mail. He even allowed us to stay an extra night as a bad storm was predicted. I would reserve this unit again without reservation.

Family Friendly Beachfront Condo

This condo worked well for our family of four with two preschool age kids. The condo is very small so I wouldn't plan to spend a ton of time inside the condo itself, but the resort is perfect for kids. There are several pools and hottubs and a large kids pool. My only issue with the pools is the kids pool was not heated so in early April it was too cold to use. The condo itself was perfect for our four-night stay although I'd probably not want to do a full week there as it was smaller. I think the condo was clean, but with any property that is aging and somewhat dated, it can only feel so clean. The washer/dryer unit is pretty old and grimey. Overall, the entire unit is due for an update, but it was still completely fine and fit our needs for a half-week at the beach.

The location is fabulous. The condo was clean but lots of broken things. The front of the microwave, the dishwasher, the smoke detector wasn’t even plugged in. The worst was the sliding door that got stuck and I was stuck on the deck until someone came to open it.

Great beach front location! Walkable to plenty of attractions. 2nd ave pier and boardwalk were less than a quarter mile walk. Plenty of deck space by the pools. Highly recommend

This property is in the heart of Myrtle Beach. it has everything and is close to everything. The ocean side of the building provides a nice peaceful laid back type of feeling. The front opens up to Myrtle Beach. The Family Kingdom Amusement Park and water park is next door. There are tons of gift shops and restaurants right out the front door. You can park your car in the lot and never have to move it.
