It was good. The room was clean but there were a few amenities lacking. Nowhere really to hang towels to dry, fridge struggled to get and stay cold, no smart TV for those who like to rest at night with their favorite show (cable and DVD only) and the room probably could update its statement of “sleeps 4”. Should probably read that it sleeps 2 adults and the pull out sofa bed will sleep two SMALL children. My two boys (12, 14) were pretty uncomfortable each night with the mattress in the sofa bed. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Outstanding hospitality!!

This is the most gracious house we’ve ever had. We stayed in a lot of places and never have we had such a welcoming arrival. While we were there, I sit in the chair and accidentally broke it. I hope to God that we can go back.!!

Great little getaway

This was a great place to be right next to the beach and close to lots of dining options. the bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. we will be back.

Great condo for a quick trip!

Clean, spacious, convenient. Plenty of towels for two. Nice little kitchenette that I would definitely use if I had needed it. We left early for games or I would have cooked some eggs each morning. One reviewer noted the elevator noise, but I only noticed it one time and it didn't bother me. The 15th floor lookout deck was amazing. My teenager wanted to stay all evening there. The only negative is that you can't see the ocean from your room, but there are other options for viewing. I felt like I could text or call Chon if I needed anything. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean and Convenient

Me and my friend decided to do a weekend trip instead of our typical day trip for the summer. The location was very convenient to beach access and great food options and shopping. The room was very spacious and clean. All the linens and towels smelled like they had just come out of the dryer. Owners were very understanding of some of our time hold ups on arriving later than we expected. Overall, would definitely recommend this condo for a trip to Panama City Beach.

Panama City Weekend Vacation

5 stars on all categories. Good location for easy access to beach, restaurants, starbucks, beach and souvenir shops. Very nice building, room and pool. I would recommend to anyone else looking for a good place to stay.

Awesome place

The owners were absolutely one of the best ones I have dealt with when renting VRBO. They knew I was celebrating my birthday and left me a gift card and bottle of champagne. The studio was spotless. We will definitely stay again next time we are back in Panama City Beach area.

Overall good but some improvements could be made

We love Panama City and we’re super excited to be on the beach. The pictures definitely look like you’re on the beach but this place is across the road. Which is no problem just good to know. Also the bath tub/shower was nasty, there was hairs in it from before we got there and definitely didn’t feel clean. In the description it says oven but there is none just a side note. We loved the pool, got tub and it was super nice to have the grills. There is also a beautiful balcony on the 15th floor you can look out on, I loved it!!! Overall pretty great place to stay just a few things could be improved.
