This place has everything you need in a stay. The kitchen is absolutely perfect. The outdoor area and grill perfect. Plenty of space. The best part, the host. She absolutely want to make sure your stay is perfect. Two thumbs up.

Easy check-in/out process. Relaxing, beautiful space with lots of interesting history provided in the handbook. Top of the line kitchen with plenty of space and everything you need for cooking a big dinner. Homeowner is very kind, accommodating and accessible. This will always be my first choice when staying in Jamestown. Great location and overall experience.

Beautiful home. Incredibly well apportioned and fabulous outdoor space. Loved the hot tub and patio. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

This property is a hidden gem! The furnishings are beautiful, every room is warm and inviting, and the attention to detail in decorations, lighting, and overall ambience is stellar. There is everything anyone needs for a short or long stay - the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has everything from ample towels to a pair of reading glasses for those of us with less than perfect eyesight dealing with that tiny print on various products. Kimm has thought of everything, and envelops her guests with an obvious love of hosting and people. I'd travel to Jamestown just to stay in this house! Perfect setting for our family reunion.

Family Golf Tournament

Beautiful house with wood molding. Quiet neighbors. Big living room where we could compare our golf experience and family memories. Single pull out not very comfy so had to sleep on basement couch second night. Worked out tho.

Home away from home

The photos told the story, it was all we expected and more, very spacious home with all the necessities, the antique furniture quite unique, comfortable basement with crafts for all ages. The property is well maintained, lots of room outside for entertainment. Thank you so much for making this beautiful home available, this is one to remember, we will definitely reserve it again when the time comes to return to Jamestown, one more thing we postponed te trip several times and it was so great to be able to ado this without any issues . Again thank you so much .

Lovely home! Loved reading the history. Kitchen was very well stocked and it was easy to make an entire meal. The hot tub was lovely as well. Very fun and relaxing stay.

We had a lovely time together as friends celebrating our 50th reunion. The house was well stocked. The only things we missed were Kleenex and soap or gel for the shower.

Everything you could ever want or need and more

Beautiful home with top of the line amenities. Very spacious inside and out with plenty of seating on the back patio. Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of room to prepare meals. Manual provided details everything you need to know about how to use the appliances, we referred to it to answer all our questions, even those about the history of the home, it's all in there. Host was very considerate and quick to respond. Besides the house itself and getting to visit with family, kayaking down the James river was the highlight of our trip. Thanks again for opening your beautiful home to us!

Amazingly Beautiful Home

We were in Awe coming into the house. Amazing Gourmet kitchen will be ordering many of the tools, knives, and silverware! Such good quality. Beautiful decor. Everything you need to have a home away from home. We had many guests, and all were amazed with the decor and high end everything! Would highly recommend and stay again and again!

Wedding Weekend in Family Stay

The whole family was very impressed. My grandson,11 years old immediately told me "Grandma, Thankyou for getting this house for us to stay in!".This really was a place for all to enjoy and fellowhip and get ready to attend a wedding 30 miles away. Ideal spot for groceries and gas and yet quiet enough that we had good rest and outdoor fun too. We felt very welcomed and at home here.

Exceeded expectations

The property was even more amazing than the pictures. The host was very responsive to questions. The location and space was perfect for our extended family gathering. Only one full bath was a little tricky at times but overall worked ok. The little alcove room was smaller than it looked in the pictures but would be perfect for a younger child or in our case a little grandmother!

Jamestown getaway

Mom/ daughter trip to Jamestown...the house is what attracted us to Jamestown. We had a great stay and really enjoyed this property- it was so fun to stay in this beautifully decorated home. The owner was always so quick to respond to any questions we had. Jamestown had plenty to offer too...lots of antique/decor stores, the big buffalo was fun, and also very much enjoyed Johnny Bs pizza and Babbs coffee on the corner. The people were SO kind and very welcoming. Overall we had a great trip!

Picture perfect Christmas

We stayed at the Rust House for Christmas and loved our time there and all the special touches! Everything we could think of needing was there. The beautiful kitchen was perfect for meal prep and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. We love the espresso machine and the lovely decor. Can’t say enough about our stay here!

ND Wedding Celebration

We stayed at The Rust House Inn, in Jamestown North Dakota, while in town for our daughters wedding. We had 7 people in our party and enough beds and bedrooms, to accommodate us all. During our stay, we were the central gathering place for all our other family members that were at other VRBO’s or hotels. We used the beautiful outdoor space and the hot tub to socialize and relax. The house was perfect! The amenities, the yard and the host, all were very comfortable and accommodating. The location was also ideal, close to everything. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone we l ow, going to Jamestown North Dakota.

Everything about the house felt like home and was charmingly decorated. All items listed were perfect and though we didn't spend much time there the amenities were awesome. Will for sure try to book there every time we visit relatives there!
