Nice unit, not a fan of check in process
The check in process could be bad if you have spotty wifi or are in the middle of traveling, or if you don't find yourself tech savvy. A link is emailed to you and they request all of your information that I assume vrbo already has.. I did not like having to submit personal information to a third party app such as photos of your ID, a photo of your face, and reinput credit card information. I found this redundant, time consuming, intrusive. especially because I could not get the images to properly upload at first. It took so much time. I was never able to get their site to properly check me in. I spent so much time emailing the property back and forth. didn't find the phone number to call them until after finished with all the photos. This situation would be a complicated disaster for someone who may have limited phone use. Or anyone who might be traveling internationally and hasn't activated mobile data yet. Or anyone who's phone dies from travel. There is no way to print out your check in instructions and have them ready since supposedly you don't even get the full instructions until 4pm. This never worked for me, luckily the phone number for customer service is in the lobby and they were able to get me into my unit no problem. Towels are a little old, and soap dispensers rusted/ don't pump in kitchen, toilet runs constantly its noisy. The unit itself is great and big! Easy parking! Nice kitchen supplied.
