Ett separat kök med ett runt matbord för två. Det separata vardagsrummet har två matchande soffor med kärlekssits, en 35-tums platt-TV och ett soffbord. Även en diskhöjd äta eller dator bar stil bord med två barstolar. Verandan har en soffbänk och två stolar. Den bakre trädgården har två hopfällbara stolar. Det finns ett tvättstuga i huset med ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Garaget är för litet för en bil men de två cyklarna lagras där för din användning. Huset ligger mittemot Euclid Elementary School som har omvandlats till en uppskattad hyreshus. Detta är ett mycket tyst gammalt område med ekar och röda tegelgator.

Cute little bungalow close to everything

The host was awesome and responsive to concerns (some bees). The house has everything and very comfortable. Minutes from everything to see in St Pete. Go visit the Dalí Museum.

Great property and location

My partner and I stayed at Veronica’s when relocating to St. Pete. The property is great and is conveniently located - close to everything you’d need. Veronica was an amazing and accommodating host.

A wonderful stay

We had a fantastic month-long stay in this perfectly decorated and comfortable little house. Veronica has everything you need for a great stay— every kitchen appliance, huge washer dryer, fridge with in the door filtered water, and very comfortable beds. Beautiful tiled walk-in shower. We loved to sit on the covered front porch in this quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and enjoyed the beautiful architecture of neighborhood homes & restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to The Pier, beaches, highways etc.

Super cute home

This super cute bungalow is in an excellent location close to downtown and 275. It was very clean and maintained and Veronica was a very gracious host. I highly recommend staying here.

Holiday retreat

Booked this property to be able to spend time with nearby family for the holidays.Inside of cottage was immaculate , tastefully decorated in a beachy style and had everything needed for an extended stay.Location was excellent and we were able to take regular walks to Crescent Lake and bike rides to Vinoy Park.Veronica was always available if problems should arise and quickly responded.I would definitely book again in the future if available and would recommend to couples or small family.

Great Home Near Downtown

This house is very cute and stocked with all of the essentials and some amenities. The host is very communicative and supportive. It is a short walk to coffee, food, and yoga or a short bike or drive to downtown. Great accessibility for St. Pete or the highway in and out of town. The neighborhood is safe and quaint as well. Price is reasonable.

Wonderful home in St Pete

This was our third stay at this home and we can’t recommend it enough. The owner is terrific, has everything you’d need right down to beach chairs, totes and umbrella. We love being close to downtown and crescent lake. A real gem.

Home in Historic St. Petersburg

This property is in the historic section of St. Petersburg. The area is quiet and charming. The host provided bicycles and beach essentials to make our home away from home a wonderful experience. Our host was very accommodating and helpful and our pets were very welcome! We will definitely be back!!!

Excellent stay in St. Pete. Well kept home in a great location and a helpful accommodating owner.

Enjoyable easy interaction with the property owner. The house was clean and well kept. The location is ideal for an easy bike ride downtown or to the parks and Pier by the Bay. Less than a halfhour from the Tampa Airport, and an easy ride to ClearWater or St Pete Beach. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the future.

My favorite rental property ever!

I love this place. This was my second time staying here and it is great. The house is really nice, well kept with a lot of room. It also has a washer and dryer and a small garage for things like a bike. The location is great. Very close to downtown. It's so close I actually walked and biked to Tampa Rays games, which is only a mile away. It's also right by a beautiful park/lake called Cresent lake. I would absolutely recommend this place. It's the best!

Great little house, fully equipped

This nice little house is very well furnished, and harmoniously decorated. The owner is extremely nice and easy to deal with, and she has literally equipped it with everything you might need—extra linens, all kind of kitchen equipment (even an egg slicer and a potato masher!), Bikes, beach towels, etc. Spaces are small, but comfortable and there’s a great little porch. Neighborhood is convenient and quiet.

Wonderful stay - and pet friendly!

We had a wonderful stay here. The host and communication was excellent. We had a minor issue and she took care of it immediately. We fell in love with the neighborhood, which was VERY quiet. The location was perfect! It was close to 275, restaurants, breweries and Crescent Lake.She had everything you could think of there. Everything from beach stuff to batteries, spices, dog gate, flashlights, and BIKES which We used a lot. Our only issue is it’s not available next year! Thanks for a great month’s stay!

Southern hospitality

We stayed in Veronica’s home from May 3-6. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home. Veronica is a very easy person to work with and her response to questions is awesome. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The house was very clean and everything looked brand new. We enjoyed the soft bed, convenience of a washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas, and being within close proximity to most beaches. If we come back to the Tampa area this will be our go to VRBO! Thanks Veronica for making this trip cozy and convenient!

Perfect stay! Don't hesitate to book!

Veronica's place was perfect. Very clean upon arrival, had everything we needed (more than enough towels, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, tupperware, basically anything you would need, including some things for the beach). It's located in a very nice neighborhood that is nice to walk around, plus it's about a 20 minute walk to downtown St. Pete which is a big plus. Veronica was very responsive any time we had questions, and she proactively checked in with us every once in a while to make sure we were doing ok. My husband and I both worked remotely while staying at Veronica's house (both doing multiple video meetings a day, commonly at the same time), and we had no issues with internet connection. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Veronica!

St Petersburg 1 month stay

I was staying in St Petersburg for one month trying to get a feel for the area to see if I wanted to move there. This house was perfect as it was very centrally located, just a short walk or drive to all the different neighborhoods. In addition to being centrally located, the house was very clean and came with all the amenities needed. The neighborhood itself was also very quiet and safe. As I was working during my trip, I also needed room to work and high-speed Internet. That wasn't a problem and had no issues connecting to Zoom calls, etc. Veronica was also very helpful and was quick to answer any questions I had. I'd highly recommend for either or a short or long stay.

Great location and property for any stay in the St. Petersburg area.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience staying at this property. The location was close to downtown St. Pete, there is easy access on and off the main freeways, and it's a nice quiet neighborhood. I did not have any hesitation in walking my dog late at night in the area. The amenities provided were great, I just wish I would have taken the time to use the bike. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to spend some time in the St. Pete area and have a nice cozy house to come back to in the evenings. M. Veronica communicated often to make sure all my needs were being met. My time at this property was well spent, it allowed me to find a permanent place to live in the St. Pete area, I couldn't have asked for a better place to live while I was searching. Thank you.
