Great Holiday Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and SGI! Very accommodating on check-in and Jenny did an awesome job with communication. We and our fur-babies hope to come back in the near future (hopefully during wamer weather).

Excellent place on the beach! We enjoyed everything about it!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great deck furniture! We spent our evenings after dark sitting out there listening to the waves roll in! Kitchen had everything we needed! Loved staying here!

Beach stay

Great location right on the beach with a nice deck to sit and watch dolphins. Living room/kitchen area good size. Manager Jennifer checked in with us to make sure we arrived ok.

Vacation in paradise!

The property was very accommodating for us. We had stayed at this property before and it is perfect for us. Love being able to walk out to the beach or sit on the veranda. We had the best weather and it was the most enjoyable week.

Amazing

We had an amazing time! The beach was beautiful and quiet, not many people which was very nice! Jennifer was the sweetest and answered all my questions and provided many suggestions of places to try while there! She was like family, so kind and helpful in every way! Will definitely be back! Loved the condo, it was right on the beach. One of the best family vacations!

Right on the beach!!

Sit on the deck and feel like you are on the beach! Quiet area. Friendly neighbors. Excellent communication. Outside hose and shower to clean up before going back to condo. Felt like we had a private beach since the condo units are not high rise. Great rental for the price!! ☀️🏖️🏝️🌊

Excellent location

We stayed here for week and absolutely enjoyed this location. The condo is an older unit but was clean and well maintained. There are three other condos in this building but it was a very quiet stay. He location was great, right on the beach. We watched the dolphins every morning from the deck. I would definitely stay here again.

Best deal on the island!

We loved our stay here! The balcony was perfect and provided the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The property is literally on the beach. The condo was plenty big and comfy. The property manager, Jenny, was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Nice location

Small but plenty of room for 2 people. I would have preferred the washer and dryer inside the unit rather than located outside. Nice kitchen with large refrigerator. Great water pressure in the showder.

Perfect beach trip

We had a great time this year. The place was perfect equipped with everything that was needed. The best part is that it was just steps to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the large back deck and watching the ocean! Jenny, the property manager, was so amazing, I had the pleasure of meeting her while I was there. Definitely plan on returning soon!

Great location and pet friendly!

Older property, more cottage like then other places, and it could use some updates, however it was clean and the location was great. It was a mile from the shops and fantastic beach access. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. It could use some more pots/pans for cooking. Remember to bring your own spices, coffee filters, laundry and additional dishwasher pods(2 were provided).

Wonderful stay!

This place offered everything we were looking for. It was very clean and exactly as described in the information provided. Location is it’s highest plus, with beach right out the back door. The beaches were private and social distancing was exactly what we were looking for during this 2020 pandemic. Jennifer, the property manager was very quick to answer any questions before and after we got there. This was a great place to stay. We will be back!

Great vacation Views were great, had everything we needed, enjoyed the books and puzzles on the rainy days. Our only recommendation would be twin mattresses were uncomfortable for the adults sleeping in there and squeaked every time one moved. Probably would be okay for kids. Would definitely rent again

Hello! We are Jan and Campbell Forrer from Fitzpatrick, Alabama. We have been coming to SGI since 2010. . We have been bringing our immediate family and now sons-in-law and grandchildren! SGI is great for families. It is slow paced and casual as it can be. Campbell and I come several times a year and the size of the condo is perfect for us. If our entire family comes, we will have to rent one of the other condos and it will be just right! We love to fish off the beach and at the state park which is close by. We have chartered fishing trips in shore and deep sea and have caught fish each time! We have stayed at Island Club condos twice before purchasing Island Club #4. We love the size of the condo and it proximity to the beach. We enjoy the views from the deck and the sound of the waves. Y'all Come!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property is beachfront and is on the second floor of a 4 condo complex. It has great views and is only steps to the gulf! The living area is open concept and comfortably furnished. We installed new kitchen cabinets and countertops in 2022. We have a new range and dishwasher as well. Bathrooms have had a few updates. Interior was painted December 2024. The condo is near the state park, restaurants, and grocery stores.
