Välkommen till vår Kauai hem !! Vårt radhus har totalrenoverats med en helt nytt kök komplett med nya rostfria vitvaror, nya skåp och granit bänkskivor. Nytt kakel har installerats thru-out inträde, kök, matplats och heltäckningsmatta vardagsrum och sovrum. Radhus är alla nymålade inomhus. Nya Pillow Top Sängar, sängkläder, handdukar och nya fönster draperier har just lagts tillsammans med härliga nya duschar i varje badrum, plus nya utemöbler + en ny elektrisk grill. Det är ren, det är vackert, har vi gratis WiFi, en ny 42 "High Definition TV tillsammans med alla bekvämligheter i ett hem och vi vet att du kommer att njuta av! Och är våra priser mycket diskonterat som enheten är privatägd.

Vårt radhus ligger vid Puamana Condominiums i Prince och sitter i en lummig, lugn trädgård som erbjuder en perfekt kombination av fantastisk natur! Lätt in i paradiset med morgon låtar av vänliga fåglar i trädtopparna medan du njuter av frukost på din Lanai. Du kan välja att njuta av poolen eller ta en kort promenad genom den "Tunnel of Trees" används av Hawaiis Kings & Queens av gamla till den avskilda änden av Anini Beach och snorkel området.

Perfect location

This property was a perfect stay for our family of 4! Honestly we had more room than we needed! Clean, well-stocked, all the beach items, quiet, and easy driving to all the north shore things we wanted to do. I will say that if you’re looking for a place solely based on walkable beach access, I would recommend somewhere different. The access to Anini beach from the property was very steep, slippery and smelled a lot like sewage and the beach itself housed a lot of people living in tents in the trees. We personally had an experience down there that made us uncomfortable. Thankfully, the main access to Anini is a short, pretty drive and we snorkeled with so many fish and a sea turtle! Hanalei beach is also really close. We absolutely loved our stay here!!

Vacation paradise

We had an amazing week! The condo was the perfect spot to stay. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. Kitchen is well stocked. We really enjoyed having the snorkeling, boogie board, chairs and umbrella for the beach! There is the perfect spot watch sunrise and sunset near the golf course. Definitely recommend!

Return to Kauai

Returning to the Garden Isle after some 30 years we wanted a comfortable, convenient condo in Princeville for part of our visit. Princeville is close to Hanalei, and on a section of the highway that’s not clogged with traffic.

Great Little Slice of Heaven

We really enjoyed staying here. The space was perfect for our little group and then kitchen gad everything we could need to cook our dinners which saved us money on eating out. We didnt need some of the amenities, like the pool, but it was still nice to have the option! Really enioyed staying here.

Paradise!

This place was so amazing! We could not wait to experience this condo in person as it looked so beautiful from the photos. It was even better than we expected when we finally arrived. The high ceiling when you walk in, the spacious patio with nice furniture and an electric BBQ, all the modern furniture and appliances and very spacious rooms all throughout the condo. We liked the Hawaiian themed decorations in the property. Very well stocked with everything you would need. We did not want to leave such a great place. Mary was a great host as she was very accommodating to all our requests and answered all our questions very promptly. The condo manager was also very nice and welcoming. You cannot go wrong in booking this property. Mahalo!

Family trip

We really enjoyed our time in Kauai! Every communication with Mary was prompt and helpful. Our family of four was able to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked. We made good use of the washer and dryer. Our only concern was the hike to the beach. While the distance described was accurate we didn’t expect as much change in elevation. Maybe we just needed to get in better shape ahead of time:) Overall we loved Mary’s home and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay! Thank you Mary!

Amazing!

Great location just 10 mins from shops and restaurants! This home was fully stocked and super clean! Everything we could possibly need was here from extra towels to beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was also nicely stocked. The beds were very comfortable! We didn’t even need to use the air conditioner because leaving the windows and sliding door open at night gave a great breeze. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family! Mahalo!

Very Comfortable

So centrally located! We loved how easy it was to get right out to the highway and off on our adventures! Furniture and beds were comfy. Lots of fans to keep you cool and everything you would need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Loved all of the books about Kauai to look at while we were there and loved walking around the grounds.

Quiet condo for families

A lovely getaway

We enjoyed the tucked away feeling from the tourist rush. So nice and quiet. The house has the most comfortable beds ever! Master bedroom has AC which was so nice! overall, incredibly comfortable. Recommend!
