My family of 4 had an incredible stay at this spacious townhouse conveniently located in the downtown Lexington area. The location made it a breeze to visit nearby shops, local restaurants, and beautiful parks, plus the dedicated parking space took all the stress out of coming and going. We especially loved that Gatton Park was just a short walk away, providing the perfect route for a quick morning run (Note: This park also features a wonderful playground area for families with younger children). Throughout our trip, our host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a flawless stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

My dad and I had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we wanted to do. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend together, and we really enjoyed having a cozy place to come back to after exploring the city. Communication was easy and check-in was simple. We would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving Stay

My husband and I came to Lexington with our 11 month old to visit family for Thanksgiving. This place was a gem! Great location and a very responsive host. The place was clean and the rooms are super spacious. It also has a lovely little patio, but it was too cold for us to enjoy this trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to Rupp!

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation and it was great! Parking was tight for a large vehicle but that was the only issue. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues.

Great Location for March Madness

Our group loved the location of this house and the easy walk to Rupp Arena. The house could use some dusting and cleaning but all in all everything was great. The host was great at communicating before and during our stay. He also had great recommendations on places to visit. Our group also went to Buffalo Trace which was about a 40 minute drive. Our group will stay here again for our next visit to town.
