Vi remodellerar detta 4 bÀddar 2 badrum hemma i kvarteret Moundview precis nerför gatan frÄn fotbollsplanen Coe College. Hon behöver nÄgra fler uppdateringar men Àr perfekt för alla som vill stanna nÀra Mount Mercy, Coe College, St. Luke's Hospital eller var som helst i stadens centrum. Observera adressen Àr 1515 "E" Ave NE, inte East Ave!

3 sovrum och badrum pĂ„ övervĂ„ningen. Enkelrum, fullt badrum, vardagsrum, matsal och kök pĂ„ bottenvĂ„ningen. Dusch pĂ„ bottenvĂ„ningen har nĂ„gra dingar i den men Ă€r ren och fungerar bra. ÖvervĂ„ningen badrummet har en dusch med klodfota badkar som har gardinen hela vĂ€gen. Köket har nytt vinylgolv men skĂ„pen mĂ„ste mĂ„la om. TrĂ€golv har nyligen refiniserats. Alla andra frĂ„gor om tillstĂ„ndet lĂ„t mig veta men priset diskonteras för mindre brister medan vi arbetar för att göra detta till ett hem att vara stolt över och stanna i :)

Transferservice till och frÄn flygplatsen finns tillgÀnglig mot en avgift.

Great location

We came to Cedar Rapids for the USA Kids National Wrestling Tournament. Three adults and five young children. The house was very young-child friendly and clean. The house was located just five minutes from the wrestling venue, which was great. And to top it all off, my grandson won the Greco Roman and Freestyle National Championship.

Nice older home with character

This home worked great for a girls weekend get together. plenty of beds and room to gather. Conveniently located by downtown Cedar Rapids. Host was very responsive to our needs and we appreciated the assistance.

Eventful Grad Weekend

Due to water leak we didn't stay at this house. Mark was able to find us another house to stay. He tried his BEST to make up for the unfortunate circumstance, but location was on a very busy road & there were people with very LOUD vehicles.

Cedar Rapids House

Property is conveniently located to Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. Enjoyed the extra space versus a hotel for the same price/time of year.

Great Quirky Old House

My family and I stayed for a weekend for an event. The host was helpful and flexible, even working with us for a bumped up check in time. The house was clean and well stocked. The dishes were in kind of an odd place in the kitchen, but they were there. We had a great time.

Good place to stay and close to Coe

This place was very handy to stay when dropping my daughter off at Coe for the second semester. It's really close to the football field. There was plenty of space and rooms.

Christmas visit

We enjoyed the stayed over. We were glad that we had the chance to meet our families over Over. I will recommend this property to anyone who would look for vacation house there.

Close to Coe!

This property was perfect for dropping our son off at Coe! It is 1/2 a block from the football field. It was just a few minutes from downtown which was a plus! Loved all the character from the home. Mark, the property owner, has done a lot of updates and sounds like he is continuing to do more. He was available immediately to answer any questions we had. It was perfect for our party of 8!

Change of plans

Due to a commitment for this property that was put on hold from last year(COVID-related), we did not stay at the property listed. However, Mark worked extremely hard to get the remodels finished on two other properties for our family to stay in. Both properties looked great, but the second one was not quite finished. We knew that was a possibility and we were fine with it. I had requested a grill and he remembered to have one at the property for us. Mark was very helpful to us, even when a family member accidentally locked us out of the house.

Location, Convenience, Family

We needed a convenient location to gather with Mom during the Covid-19 pandemic to pay tribute and remember my brother. Mom is 87 and we needed a central place to meet without having to make her move around much. This home addressed all our needs. We were able to have the memorial for my brother and see many members of our family without moving her around much. Perfect location! Very convenient! Also very easy on our pocketbooks as well.

MerCoe House review

Had a great time at our Coe Homecoming! Currently a work in progress which is why we didn't give it 5 stars. Needs basic supplies; soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc.

WONDERFUL

Mark the manager was amazing and very easy to contact. We were stranded by the storm and could not check in on Thursday as planned so he was able to give us Sunday night in exchange and we were able to take an extra day to spend time with family after my Mom's memorial service. The house was absolutely PERFECT!! Very clean and very accessible as well as plenty of room to meet all our needs!! Will definitely re-book with him again!!!
