Our host was phenomenal. She responded very fast and the communication was excellent. Everything was perfect with our stay. The kitchen essentials made our outage stay perfect. Everything you need to cook all your meals whether it be a short stay or an extended vacation. The home was very comfortable and cozy with the large bedrooms closets and bathrooms to suit all your needs. Fully stocked linens and towels. The outdoor space was our favorite. After a long day at work the pool barbecue and patio was so relaxing and quiet with plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets and eat dinner. We would love to stay here every year as it made our commute to work quick and accessible to our shopping needs as well.

Great little house withing walking distance to restaurants and grocery store

My wife and I spent 5 nights here. Perfect little home. Well equipped kitchen. Heated pool set at 80...perfect. We walked to the Walmart and around the neighborhoods every morning. This was just the right size for us. Owner was very responsive. If in AZ again, would stay here. Thanks again for the great lodging!

Very nice house and pool area. Located minutes to shopping, food and local parks. Very quiet and scenic area. One of the best vacations we’ve had in quite a while.

.great communication

If we return to the Phoenix area, this would be the place we would want to stay. The owner is very easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was okay when we got there, and during our stay. It was too cool to use the pool, but it looked nice and well taken care of, as was the entire property. It is in a nice neighborhood

This house was the best stocked home I have ever rented through VRBO! Everything was clean upon arrival and Kim was very quick to respond to any questions I had regarding my stay. A Gem in Buckeye

We stayed for 31 days in this ranch style home through November 2023. It has 3 comfortable, clean, and well appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom is very large and has its own ensuite. The kitchen has a great variety of small appliances, including a blender and crockpot! While the home itself is extremely well kept, the furnishings are a bit tired. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and lounge area daily and particularly enjoyed watching a family of hummingbirds at the feeder. The hosts Kim and Robert are very responsive to the comfort of their guests. If there were any small issues, they responded immediately and found a resolution. While the home is a distance from Phoenix proper, easy access to I-10 allowed for good travel if you have your own transport. Close to groceries, golf, pubs, fast food and other conveniences. We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO and have already recommended it to family and friends. We would not hesitate to return and stay again.

Golfing Sisters

We just loving the house. We kept saying this is perfect. It was very comfortable, very clean. We got to use the garage for our rental car. One of the golf courses we played was only 5 minutes away grocery stores about the same. We liked being on a corner. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Kim the owner was so nice and would just check-in with us through email to make sure everything was OK or if we needed anything. Great find!!

This property was exactly as depicted in the rental posting. Everything a traveler could possibly need was available to us. Kim checked in with us frequently to confirm if we needed anything. One suggestion - Replace the wifi router with a newer, more powerful version. We had to reboot it frequently to have wifi access.
