Detta vackra hem har två helt nya utökade däck med floden och Mountain View. Vi har precis lagt till en HOT TUB för att ge mer nöje till den natursköna upplevelsen. Huset har 3 sovrum och 3 badrum - ett med badkar. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng, nyrenoverat badrum och ett nyligen utökat däck med utsikt över bäcken. Det mellersta sovrummet har en queen size-säng, nyrenoverat badrum och utsikt över framsidan av huset. Källaren har två stora fönster med en dubbelsäng, vik ut drottning, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och ett badkar / dusch i badrummet. Detta badrum ombyggdes i september 2017.
Vi har TV-apparater i vardagsrummet och alla tre sovrummen. Vi har också försett dig med böcker för både vuxna och barn, liksom spel och leksaker. Andra barn- / bebisföremål inkluderar ett förpackningslek med sängkläder, ryggsäck, vagn och en barns cykel.
Du kommer att älska vårt nyrenoverade kök. Den har en helt ny diskmaskin, vinkylare och allt du behöver för matlagning. Vi har ett trevligt stort matbord också!

Njut av att grilla ute medan du lyssnar på floden. Däck har en badtunna, bord och stolar och en elektrisk grill. Hoppa över den natursköna bron till Walter Byron Park med dess utmärkta lekplats och picknickbord. Cykelvägen går rätt vid huset och går över hela Frisco. Tennisbanor ligger ett kvarter bort och Main Street ligger bara några kvarter bort med shopping och restauranger. Busshållplatsen ligger bara några kvarter från huset. Du kommer aldrig att vilja lämna denna plats!

Great place

Amazing place on the river!! Wonderful house, great location close to everything, hot tub is a definite plus! Property manager was very responsive to our requests and left us an amzing welcome basket!

Awesome trip!

We loved at the location of this property and appreciated its cleanliness and organization. The owner is amazing to work with and I would highly recommend staying here. This is a great location for hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, shopping, we’re just chilling out in the hot tub watching the mountains. We will definitely be back!

Location,location, location!

Awesome condo with easy short walk to everything! We walked to every meal and shopping. Also, bike trail access just outside the door. But still private with creek running behind the condo. Beautiful finishes inside, comfortable beds and furniture. Room for gathering but multi level for groups who need their own space. Excellent hosts who helped with everything!

Gorgeous Mountain Home

I stayed at this cabin with some 4 other friends in from Florida. I was so pleased with our selection! It was BY FAR the nicest rental home I have stayed in. It was immaculate and fully updated and was very well decorated. It even had nice Christmas decorations that made the place feel very cozy. It has a very functional layout and is in a perfect location for shopping, skiing, restaurants and more. It is also beautiful to be right on the river, even in the winter! Perfect home in a perfect setting. Fully equipped with all you would need...everytime I thought to myself, "I wish they had ......" They did! It was a wonderful stay and I will certainly be back!

A vacation we will always remember!

Kristen, the owner/Host is absolutely amazing. Communications were flawless. We had all we needed and more. The Hot tub was used every day multiple times per day. If the size of this house suits the size of your party then look no further! The house is amazing. 4 TVs! The lower level is like a hotel Jr suite by itself with a large bed, open area, sitting area with a sectional sofa, fireplace and Tv. Washer and dryer too. The main floor is the kitchen, dining, another sectional sitting area with fireplace and tv. Up a half flight of stairs is a large bedroom with a tv, ceiling fan and a full bath in front of its door. Up the next half flight of stairs is another large bedroom with ceiling fan, tv and full bath. Both upstairs baths have large walk in showers and the lower level is a tub and shower combo! Everything you need is stocked everywhere in every room. We had our son, daughter in law and 2 grandkids join us for New Year’s Eve and we cooked in the kitchen and on the grill out back. Dinner for 7 around the table and played games. The Mountain View’s are indescribable. Pictures do the mountains no justice. Come see it! The river flowing, the bridge to the park the complete environment is fairy tale stuff. Beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier. Best trip we ever had to Colorado. 150 yards or so to the bus stop if you want to use it for skiing. Main Street is at your finger tips. I hope we cross paths with Kristin and her property again someday. We miss it already!

Delightful Frisco home on the banks of Ten Mile Creek

We are former long-time Frisco residents and Kristin’s place is a wonderful return to home. Grandparents were on third level in king bed, master bath, and private deck overlooking Ten Mile Creek with a great view of an old friend - Buffalo Mtn. The small foyer at the top of the stairs just outside the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable recliner chair, end table and lamp designed for grandpa. Two sets of kids - one with three year old and one with 10 month old - were ensconced in the bedrooms on first and second levels. Other daughters stayed with friends and family members nearby and all gathered for solstice and Christmas get togethers. This home is perfect for family gatherings, equipped with anything needed and with sufficient spaces for the food and clothing we brought in. We are eager to return.

Christmas in Frisco

We arrived in Frisco on Christmas Day and stayed the week. This was our 5th trip to Frisco, but first time during the Winter and first time staying in Kristin's place, and we couldn't have been happier! Upon arrival, we had a little trouble with the front door keypad, but we were able to easily get in touch with Kristin and get into the house. She couldn't have been nicer, especially given it was Christmas Day! Ten Mile Creek runs right behind Kristin's place, and the Frisco pathway runs right next to it, with part of the path taking you on a bridge over the creek that takes you to Walter Bryon Park. If you take the path the other direction, it takes you over to Summit Blvd, just across from Lake Dillon. Plus, it's an easy walk over to Main Street. Kristin's place could not have been more convenient! Plus, the mountain views from all directions, were AMAZING!!! Our family of 4 easily fit into the 3 bedroom house, and we could've fit 2 more people without any issue, plus, with all the couches, we could've even fit a few more people if we really wanted to. We highly recommend staying in Kristin's place, and we will definitely be considering her place if it happens to be available this summer.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying in your home for 7 nights. It was extremely clean and you thought of every detail to make us feel right at home. If we forgot something, you had it. We loved the decor too! The location is perfect - from being able to walk to downtown for breakfast & coffee in the morning to walking across the creek to the playground for my 4 year old to play. The home is also close to several good hiking spots. We also rented bikes from Rebel Sports downtown (easy walk from the house) to ride the Vail Pass. The summer nights were cool enough to leave the upstairs windows open and listen to the creek. I also loved the massage chair! My teen had the basement to herself downstairs and was in heaven. She also loved reading by the creek. We even had a couple of visits from the neighborhood moose! Some of the mornings were very cool and we used the fireplace (flip of a switch easy!). Thank you so much for such an amazing home away from home. We will definitely be back.

Cannot say enough!

What a wonderful home! We were in Frisco for the annual Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Snowshoe for the Cure. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Summit Solitude. We've rented two other properties in years prior to 2018. Neither can compare to how fabulous this home is!! The house is open, inviting, warm and welcoming. At times we had up to eight adults roaming around without ever feeling we were on top of each other. The living space is charming and beautifully decorated. The individual bedrooms are gorgeous with ample space and bathrooms close by. Oh, and the hot tub... what a way to de-stress! Kristin was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our needs. Response time - excellent! A side note - extra kudos for the Book by Owner option to have Oxygen waiting upon arrival to help with altitude sickness! What a plus for certain members of our party! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! We hope to be back - same time next year!

A Winter Wonderland!

We absolutely LOVED the Frisco house! This was one of the most well equipped rentals I have ever rented. It had everything we needed including [Bounty] paper towels, trash bags (the whole box was provided!), Ziploc bags, coffee, toiletries in the bathroom, holiday decor, laundry detergent (TIDE!) you name it, it was there! The owners (Kristin and Andrea) were awesome to work with. We booked this house ten months in advance so I was so excited to finally be able to arrive. The location is perfect; only about a 5 minute walk to downtown Frisco (which BTW, was the cutest place I have ever seen!) The bus/shuttle service was right on the corner of 6th Ave and Main. The restaurants were great. Walmart and Safeway were a short 5 minute drive. We skied Copper Mountain and that was about a 15-20 minute bus ride (the early bus gets REALLY packed!) We were two families - four adults and three children. The kids slept downstairs which they loved. We all had enough room and privacy. Bottom line, I can't say more wonderful things about this house. I highly recommend this rental and would go back in a flash!! Thank you Kristin and Andrea for such beautiful accommodations. Looking forward to returning.

Perfect Cozy Cabin

We stayed at this property Dec. 4 & 5th, 2015, with our two kids and my mother and her husband. This place is a delight. The entire home immaculate and is decorated in mountain cottage style - simply adorable. Little touches everywhere make it feel like home - not just a typical stark rental property. It is obvious the owners put a lot of thought into making their guests' stay welcoming. Since we were there at the start of the holiday season, they had it decorated with cute holiday touches all over - even a small Christmas tree! The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you would want, basics (like salt, sugar and coffee), modern appliances and a large table big enough for eight! Each bedroom is on a different level of the home, giving the feeling of complete privacy. (None of the bedrooms shared a wall or even a bathroom; a huge bonus when you've experienced the alternative - especially with extended family!) The garage is immaculate and can fit two cars, which is nice when it snows and you don't want to have to scrape off your car. The location is perfect - just off Main St Frisco, which has all sorts of shopping and dining options. But it doesn't FEEL like it's just off Main Street - it feels just like a charming little neighborhood with lots of year-round residents whose pride of ownership is obvious. With the central location of Frisco, all the major area ski resorts are quickly accessible. You could ski a different resort every day! This place will not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Fabulous in Frisco

This home is amazing! Outstanding accommodations in a perfect location. Our family loved sitting by the Ten Mile Creek, walking to Walter Byron Park and Main Street daily. The owner is terrific! We hope to book another stay in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Perfect location for our Colorado vacation

Our family of 7 adults loved this home and Frisco. There is so much to do around the town! Biking, kayaking, shopping, and dining are within a short walk. The home had everything we needed including nice spaces for relaxing. Loved the hot tub and creek. We highly recommend the home!

A wonderful place to stay. The house was spotless!!! Walk ability to town was excellent. The hostess was reliable with communication and accommodating our special requests. The back yard was stellar. A truly delightful home and worth every penny.

Perfect Mountain Town Base Camp

Location, Quality, Comfort.. This one has got it.. Close to incredible skiing & hiking + perfect walking distance to Frisco main st. shops & restaurants. Tastefully updated with mountain charm - very clean home with a great vibe. Mountain stream in the back yard w/ visit from a few moose while having our coffee, great memories for the family.. Really enjoyed the home!

My name is Kristin and my daughter, Andrea, and I are working this together. We have a huge family of Colorado natives, all living in the Denver/Littleton area. Most of our family attended either CU (go Buffs) or CSU (go Rams) while one renegade went to the University of Florida (go Gators). I am so excited to see what happens with this home and want to make it a perfect place for you to visit. If I ever start to slack off, Andrea will make sure I get with it. She is a true workhorse, a genius at decorating and delightful to work with!

Nothing beats the river! We love every place in Summit County, but it is actually difficult to find places where you can't hear the highway noise. All you hear at our house is the quiet in the winter and the river the rest of the year. We love the solitude of the river mixed with the convenience of the town 2 blocks away. What could be better?

This is a perfect place for 2 people to enjoy or 8 people. There is no wasted space, but what we have is very functional and comfortable. This kitchen is to die for! If you have 3 couples, everyone gets their own bathroom. If you have a family with little kids, you might want to sleep together in the basement with games, couches, TV and a bathtub...or put the kids in the basement and head up to the top floor where you can't hear them.
